Chapter 223: I’m Alive

“Prince? Prince!” Megan’s voice quivered with both disbelief and ease. Seeing him awake flooded her with emotion, instantly dissolving all the worries weighing on her heart. She rushed to him, embracing him firmly, whispering, “Thank the heavens.”

Prince turned to her with a look of shock and relief. Immediately, tears brimmed in his eyes as he called, “Meg?”

“Megan,” Prince called again, and he broke down completely this time. His body trembled under the intensity of his emotions, and he held Megan tightly. Softly, he said, “I’m alive. This is real.”
