“Hey, don't start thinking bad of me…” Smiling, he shifted close to her.

Haley shifted away, throwing him a warning glare.

Think bad of him?

She thought the worse of him.

A normal grown-up adult wouldn't play such a silly trick.

“It's childish, you know…”

“I know…” He agreed, not looking a bit apologetic. “But somebody needs to know that messing with a Lawson means battle.”

Urgh!

What was with these families thinking so highly of themselves.

Sometimes, Haley would wish she was never born into any of these socialites families.

They appeared to be more civiliazed but were actually bunch of arrogant folks who loved holding grudges.

For goodness sake, since when did swallowing insults become a crime?

“To top it all, I like you, Haley…” Harry went on. “Considering the benefits we'll bring to ea
