Stepping out of his car, Liam's eyes swept across the place before they settled on the mini Villa ahead.

Throwing a final glance across the vast empty neighborhood, Liam stepped forward and pressed the doorbell.

Was Daryl not home?

He pressed it again, and still no answer.

Well, if Liam didn't get a reply for the third time, he'd have to conclude no one was living here.
