“@Sarah01 shared a new reel”

My phone buzzed, as I stared at my screen seeing her name fully displayed on the screen of my phone. And this time, I could tell she had gone out of town.

I hated how it was that I had to watch her from a distance and not get to hold her in my arms like I should.

“All set?” I asked staring who had the house re-decorated for a mini house party which Jennifer had been invited to as well.

“Yes Man,” He said as we both shook hands in agreement smiling to ourselves.

“By the way, where the hell is Tom?” I asked with curiosity, wondering why he was taking so long to show up.

“He um went downtown to get more drinks,” Logan responded as he adjusted the speakers.

“Alright, we’re ready to party then,” I said feeling so nervous as I tucked my hands into my pocket with my eyes roaming around the house we had set up for the party.

In less than an hour, students started trooping in with each student holding hands with their dates.
