When Ethan turned around, he saw Jazzie. He arched his brow mysteriously and asked, "Shall we set a date, then?"

Jazzie glared and replied angrily, "Set a date your ass!"

She operated her wheelchair and made her way to her mother. In a serious manner, she said, "Mom, there is nothing between him and me. The pregnancy was just a lie I told you, so don't fall for his pranks."

Gladys held Jazzie's hand to comfort her. The former replied, "Jazzie, I know you are in a bad mood because you lost the baby, but Ethan had nothing to do with that. It wasn't his fault. The two of you are still young, and you'll have kids, eventually. Isn't that right, Ethan?"
