HONEY BROWN ORBS – 2

2 years back,

Shivay had come to Landon for his important meeting, after finishing his meeting, signing a deal, he was on the way to his penthouse, 

He was busy checking his mail and company-related file, he felt his car stop abruptly in the middle of the road, looking up he could feel his bodyguard Khanna looked tense, giving his famous SSO glare 

He asked why he stops the car in the middle of nowhere, Khanna told him a girl ran into their car so he applied the brake, hearing this SSO posture changed Khanna could sense his boss anger 

He prayed for the soul who ran in front of their car coz he knew his boss wouldn’t spare that person no matter whether she’s girl, coz these incidents were common to them many girls ran into them just to get a glimpse of his boss, his boss hated attention seekers.

Stepping out of his car Shivay marched towards the female figure to went his anger, he was beyond pissed with these acts, as he neared towards her he could hear his heartbeat getting increased

He felt emotions which he never felt in his entire life, he reached her, he could see her back coz she had sat back facing him, all he could notice was her long brown hair tied in a messy bun, dog snuggling in her neck 

Has the figure turned front and faced him, that’s where his cyan blue orbs met the honey-brown orbs, he felt the time has stopped…

He was brought back from his Lalala land when he heard her beautiful voice, which was like a slow song soothing his soul, he saw her looking down due to shyness that’s when he realized he has been staring at her, gaining his scenes back he cleared his throat that’s when he saw her looking up to him

He saw her holding a puppy in her hand, he raised his eyebrows asking her why she ran into their car, and the shock would be an understatement when he heard her saying she ran into them to the puppy which she was holding,

His tongue died hearing her statement that she risked her life to save a mere puppy he wanted to shout at her, the sudden gush all over his body, what if his car had hit her, it couldn’t even imagine that site, looking at her face he thought he couldn’t even shout on her, her face captivated his heart…

He asked her what was she doing at this time, has it was night and it’s not safe for a young girl to roam at night where creepy men’s waited for their meat’s, 

He was surprised by his actions and his voice was ever calm he never used this tone on anyone not even with his family, for the first time in his entire life; the devil inside him was too calm.

While she said she was done with her work and was heading towards her flat has it’s near to her workplace she goes by walk, while going she saw a wounded puppy which struggling to walk and she saw their car which soon going to hit the puppy she feared without thinking any further she ran to save puppy.

He was so occupied in his thoughts, he didn’t even realize that she has gone from there, he was bought back by Khanna who has been trying to bring his boss from his dreamland…

Doing his famous hair flick, he orders Khanna to get her information first thing in the morning, sat inside the car…

Khanna was bemused by his boss behavior, never in his entire life he saw his boss speaking calmly that too with an unknown stranger, to his utter surprise it’s a girl, his boss was so lost in her, he was a man of perfection, usually, girls drool over him, fall near him to seek attention.

But here the scenario was different his boss was staring at the girl, his eyes held different emotions and he orders him to get her information first thing in the morning, indeed that girl bowled him with her beauty... He shall get all the information of her and give it to his boss coz he felt his boss might have found his ladylove; an Angel smote the Devil.

Later at night, he couldn’t sleep, whenever he closed his eyes those honey-brown orbs haunted him, it was like magic beautiful magic, and he’s stuck in there, he falls asleep with her thoughts in mind wishing this night to end soon.

The next morning he went early to his office, he was pacing back and forth in his office waiting for his bodyguard to show up with her information, with each passing time his frustration also increased coz of Khanna who has not shown up yet.

Khanna gathered all the information about that girl and entered his boss cabin and was greeted with his boss cold glare, he silently stood there giving his boss file, which contained her information. He didn’t even bother to get out coz he wanted to see his boss the Devil expression.

As soon as Shivay took that file from Khanna, he opened the file only to bowled out by her beauty,

All these while reading her information the devil inside him was calm like an ocean and composed. He closed his eyes the only voice was heard his inner devil screaming one-word “MINE”….

He was bought back from the loud knock, he answered in his deep cold voice, He opened his eyes which held zero emotions only coldness was filled, there stood his PA Mishra he remembered morning incident and gave him SSO glare,...

The look on his boss told him not to utter bulshit, he only wanted a positive reply, with shivering hands, with a scared filled voice he told him they got the deal.

He got up from his chair, his face now held his ever-charming devilish smirk why not the devil was satisfied with the news and again it was proved that SSO never learnt to lose,

The only thought that occurred to him is to see his Angel; he thought the time has come to claim what’s his, smirk not leaving his face he stood facing the glass window of his office cabin.
