Chapter 5:Wolf

" didn't miss you at all kelvin" I grinned and he groaned.

"Oh really?" he asked with a frown.

I ought to concede how truly attractive he looks. With his lips so delicate thus red like he recently completed the process of sucking blood for supper. Furthermore, his light hair makes his looks more hotter and he doesn't have a solitary spot on his skin.

Kelvin is so danm cute then I can't describe lex because he looks just like a demi god .

"Will you keep drooling over me or let ua have a walk outside together?" he asked and I frown while looking behind me.

"What about Rachel?" I asked.

"Oh let me check on her first" I added going inside my room and to my surprise she was fast asleep on her bed

I went back to meet up with kelvin and he was waiting patiently for me and closed the door behind.

"So how's she?" he asked raising one of his eye brown up.

" she's fast asleep.. So let's go" I smiles stretching my hands to hold his and he gladly took it.

It was nice to see a familiar face in this place even though we've only met once before.

"So destiny who old are you?" he asked and I turned my head to the right to look up at him.

"Eighteen and you?" I answered.

"Nineteen. Why did you choose to come here? I mean this place is about life and death and when you are chosen you get to fight demons and kill the devil" he asked me a d you could see the curiosity written all over his face.

"Ain't you scared?" he added again abd I chuckled.

"To be sincere kelvin, I'm actually scared. But my wish is to kill all demons. And also kill the devil himself" I smiled but deep down, a shiver ran down my spine.

"I love your boldness you seem determine about this" he said looking deeply into my eyes.

"Also why do you always talk with a smile on your face?" he asked but he also had a little smirk.

"Yep! that's who I am." I laughed a d he chuckled with me. "So where is your mom?" I asked.

"She's late" he mumbled sadly as he ran his fingers through his hair.

"Oh I'm sorry about that. I don't have a mother too, She's dead," I muttered, squeezing his palm in mine for both our comforts. "killed by demon" I felt the need to add.

"Is that why you want to kill devil and demons, Huh?" he asked and I nodded and Kelvin gave me a charming smile.

"My mom died while giving birth to me," he said "It was so hard for me you know? Growing up without her" he sighed and I released a sigh of my own.

"I understand how you feel" I told him because I really do.

"So are you here for training also" I asked him wondering why he was even here. Most of the students who were attending the academy are either here to avenge their loved one who were killed by the demons or to protect their Kingdom.

"Yeah. Mom will be proud of me " he said with a little smile. "I know she would want this for me" he added.

"How many days do you think we are gonna be here for?" I asked

"Ten days I guess. Being outside the Academy's ground isn't safe. " he said and I only nodded in agreement.

"Let's hope for the best" I replied then looked out the hallway window to see the moon high in the sky.

"It's getting late, I'll be heading to my room now. Good night Kelvin" I told him and we stopped walking and turned to each other.

"Okay, Goodnight Destiny." He mumbled, smiled at me and then left.

I turned back, ready to go back to my room but then, I saw June and her Friends leaving the Academy. 

What the fuck do they think they were doing asked no one in particular.

I followed behind them without them noticing.

They walked for about ten minutes untill we got to a place filled with trees. A forest.

The were walking deep into the forest I heard Frex say "Damn, it's so fucking dark and creepy here guys. I think we should leave." 

"Hey," I called after them as they kept going deeper into the forest. "where are y'all going to?" I asked and they all turned back to see me standing behind a tree.

"Oh its destiny" manny mumbled, frowning at me. "were you stalking us?" she added while stepping forward.

"No I wasn't . and what's up with you manny. Why are getting worked up about this?" I asked getting offended already

"Everybody keep calm," June said as walked up to me. "Destiny, don't mind manny she's just stressed out" June added

"It's not safe outside here. beside do you guys come out here everytime? they might be demon lurking this place" I said as a shiver ran down my shoulders.

Gold was quite the whole time he hardly said a word and all he did was just watch us.

"Do not worry destiny. We only came here to have fun" frex added.

"Demons don't scare me" I heard manny said and i only rolled my eyes to all their stupidity. 

"We are training here" Gold said gesturing to the grounds.

"But outside the academy isn't a safe place to train." I told Gold as I rubbed down both my arms.

"Yeah mom," Manny said mockenly and I released a sigh frombhkw annoying she was becoming.

"Don't mind her destiny, she behave weird sometimes" june said as she gave Mammy a glare.

"It's fine. She was nice during dinner you know" I said moving over to stand next to Gold.

"She's like different people" frex replied and I nodded While Manny only rolled her eyes looking annoyed by the whole thing.  

I heard a twig snap from behind a bush and turned my head to look there.

"Guys I-I think there something here beside that tree over there" I stammered, pointing to the bush that the soubd came from. 

"I didn't hear anything" Gold replied looking scared already.

The sound came again and everyone became terrified abd gathered around in a small circle.

"Everyone don't move " I whispered, looking closely at the bush.

I was startled when something big jumped out behind an old big tree. It was a massive big dog— No, dogs can't be as big as that.

This —this was a werewolf.

Manny screamed and started running away like a maniac.

The wolf was ten times big almost my height, we all hold our hands like someone that's about to pray to the heavens for some miracle.

Manny was out of sight before I could even blink and I almost scoffed. Says a girl that just told me minutes ago that demons don't scare her.

The wolf red eyes looked like hell itself and it kept on sneering and snapping at us like it was about to fest on our flesh.

As it kept on moving closer to us, we moved backwards.

"We need to run guys" I whispered shakily, afraid to anger the sneering beast with my voice.

"Are you nuts?! its gonna go after us" gold snapped and I slightly tutnee my head to look at him and he looked like a person that was almost half dead. 

And suddenly the wolf looks like its was trying to fight something. Like its was trying to stop itself from moving closer to us. Shaking its head and snapping at it's fur and whining like an animal in pain.

And suddenly, right before us, its started transforming into a human.

"Oh my god It's kelvin" I said in shock as I began running towards the curled up body on the floor.

"Kelvin!" I screamed his name like it was a prayer as I placed his head on my lap.
