"You can't marry a woman who is not your mate!" His father had told him.

Dylan would have eloped with her but his father was smart enough. He caught them and he sent Andrea away. He trained Dylan day and night in a very hard and painful way until he accepted not to run away to look for Andrea.

This really broke Dylan's heart and he became so heartless until he met Selena.

But then after so many years of searching for a mate, he and his father came to a resolution. His father had promised him that after a year if he didn't find a mate that year, he was going to bring him Andrea and he would marry them together.

But then his glimmer of hope was shattered because exactly six months later, he found his mate. He wasn't in any way happy about this but he couldn't get angry at her. It wasn't his poor mate’s fault that she was bonded to him.

He had promised to make Andrea his Luna Queen and he wasn't going to break the promise. He was going to do everything to fulfil it.
