**POV Eleanor**

“No... this can't be happening,” I murmured to myself, fighting against the wave of terror that threatened to overwhelm me. The hot water was still falling on me, but now it mixed with the blood, creating a disturbing contrast.

I forced myself to take deep breaths, trying to calm the turmoil in my mind. I couldn't allow myself to fall apart now. I needed to get out of the shower and seek help. Slowly, I turned off the water and wrapped myself in a towel, my body trembling with pain and fear.
