“Okay. I'll get Josh to get them for you.” Alexander said and was about to leave when he heard Tanya say, “No. You need to get them yourself. You can't send josh.”

“Why can't I send josh?” Alexander asked.

“Ummm….it's kinda embarrassing to tell him to get it.” Tanya said.

“It isn't embarrassing to tell me to get it?” Alexander asked.

“Please just get it for me. Please.” Tanya pleaded, her eyes getting watery, making Alexander wonder if she was truly pleading or if it was because of the pain she was going through.

Helplessly, Alexander agreed.

“Okay. Fine. I'll get it for you.” Alexander said, but Tanya didn't reply.

Judging from her expression, she must be in a lot of pain.

Alexander stared at her for a few more seconds, and then he left the room.

Upon reaching downstairs, Josh and Chris were both seated on the sofa.

Alexander didn't even spare them. He only took his wallet from the table and kept on walking.
