Ariel's POV

Diego was trembling as he stood up on his feet, panting like someone who had run a marathon from Central City to New York.

" Calm down Diego, calm down, your priority right now is finding her", I was even surprised that I said that, and the poor lovesick man before me nodded in affirmation like a child, obviously trying to breathe his way to calmness.

" Diego, tell me, what did you see?" I asked again in a serious tone.

" It was a cabin, an underground cabin. It was built like........like.........like a lab, and.............. and............", he couldn't just get the words out.

I gently tapped him on his shoulder to calm him down: breathing alone wasn't getting the job done.

" What more Diego? What else did you see?"

" She was being tortured, Malia, she was....... she was tormented", he started to cry, like a baby whose mother left for work, and I couldn't just help but console him, in as much as I didn't want to, " we need to find her, we must fin
