Eva stared at Jayden without knowing the response to give as it seemed like her brain suddenly stopped working. Her heart beating rapidly as she feared that Jayden might have heard what she said. That moment, Eva wished she could read his mind before giving an answer. She hated the look on his face, since it was really serious.

"Why am I acting like I was caught red handed doing something bad. Brace up Eva, you are above this, you shouldn't be scared of Jayden anymore." She tried convincing herself inwardly still looking at him.

"Did you suddenly go dumb all of a sudden?" I asked when you are leaving my house, you have over stayed your welcome." Jayden said, sliding his two hands inside his pocket with his eyes still fixated at her.
