I pushed open the door immediately I got home and walked straight into Dad's office. He was having a business meeting but this is obviously more important than what he was going.

When he saw that I wasn't going to leave, he dismissed his business partners and turned to face me.

“What's this behavior you're displaying? Do you know how disrespectful that was?”. He wasn't yelling but I knew he was angry.

“You wouldn't understand after I tell you what happened. And it's not like you weren't already bored with the meeting anyway”. I know my father well enough to know that he wanted an out from the meeting.

He stood up from his chair and walked to the window, looking down at everyone working below. That was one of his favourite things to do. I went to stand near him.

I pulled out my phone and handed it to him. He glanced at it briefly before collecting it and playing the video I had queued up. The videos of Jace’s and I fight had been circulating everywhere and I wasn't sure anyon
