Each character has a part to play in Kaia’s story (who is the FL1), things will start to make sense in the next few chapters. I promise I’m not making up characters to keep things dragging.

Surely Kaia can’t be so stupid as to think she could go there and expect to walk back out. Knowing that the last attack she was meant to be taken as a prisoner. And why tf is Beckett keeping whatever secret he has about her wolf??
