Everything sounded so funny to me, just because it was Landry who was saying it. I never saw him as somebody who was very religious, but there was something he said that stuck with me, which was when he mentioned God. My face suddenly turned blue, remembering my past experiences and even the times I had to turn to God for help, but he never really did. Not come to think of it, my life was starting to change, and if it wasn’t God, then I wondered who it was that was so loving, so kind, so merciful to make tables turn in my favor.
