Julie explained to her Father the circumstances that took place twenty years ago and all that led to Tabby finding them this morning. George frowned and thought hard about what was told to him, then a broad smile was seen on his face.

“Welcome to the family, Tabby. I’m your grandfather George Weston.”

“Greetings, grandfather; I’m Tabby Fuler.”

“What? Even her name is little Tabitha’s nickname?” George was surprised. “This calls for a celebration. Johnson, bring out the champagne for everyone.”

Soon the popping of the cork was heard, and glasses were filled.

This morning I awoke with no family, and this evening I find I’m of a large loving family, thank you.” Tabby said with tears in her eyes.
