Henry then looked up at Mr. Sleizer with hatred in his eyes.

“You did what?”

“Sorry, Mr. Weston, but I received orders from Miss. Kingsley, to hand over the presentation for Global.” Mr. Sleizer quickly replied, knowing that Miss. Kingsley was Henry’s Ackelis heel. As one of the board of directors that would benefit from Global, he couldn’t disobey Miss. Kingsley.

When Henry heard that his girlfriend asked for the presentation, his anger cooled down.

“I see. Get on with your duties, and don’t let anyone know what transpired today.”

Mr. Sleizer then left the office, wiping his brow as he left.

Henry looked perplexed when he heard that Samantha had changed the plan he and she had come up with earlier this morning.
