I was faster to catch up with Princess Zeba before she disappeared into her room.

"What?" She turned round to face me with a frown on her face. I chuckled as I approached her.

"Keep it down," I said. "We are not fighting now are we?"

"What do you want?" She was still unsmiling.

"I know you don't like me," I told her casually as if I didn't care that she didn't. "And I might say that the feeling is mutual but it can't be that bad. I'm sure we still have a few things in common."

"Look I don't have any time to waste with you. I have more important things to deal with and worry about."

"Like trying to get my father's attention", I asked her and her face fell.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Her voice fell as well.

"I mean, you seem to have another reason for coming down here because you seem to be so free with him more than usual."

"Your father and I have known each other for many years now. We trained together so we are friends," she defended.
