Kent and I were now riding in Kent's Dodge Viper, and we were heading somewhere. "Hubby, where are we going?" I turned to him, my gaze fixed on the passing scenery. We had been driving for almost three hours now.

"You'll know when we get there, Wife," he replied, his eyes focused on the road. I couldn't see much except for rice fields and the increasing heat of the weather.

Kent stopped the car at a large gate with a golden letter K made of steel. What did it stand for? I was about to ask him when he got out and opened the gate. He drove the car inside the compound and got out again to close the gate.

I followed suit and stepped out, greeted by the fresh provincial air. I looked around, and my eyes landed on the mango trees in Kent's backyard, with leaves falling from them, especially as the wind blew.
