He had been surprised when he found the car empty and was a little worried that something had happened in the middle of the night. He looked up in surprise when he saw the prospect exit the house. Something about him leaving her home early in the morning didn’t sit right with him.
“What were you doing inside?” Kane asked when the prospect stood in front of him.
“She made me, man.” He said, shrugging.
“She made you? How the fuck did she do that?” Kane asked, frowning.
“I think she’s known for a while that we were watching her.” The prospect said.

Thank you for reading. I know a lot happened and there will be more to come. I promise that plot points and questions will be answered over time. Just hang in there with me as I am working on the next book in the series. The next book will be up soon with more romance, mystery, and intriegue. Bernard will be back with his villianous ways and Margo will be making some appearances here and there as the story follows new characters but helps you understand Bernard and the motives behind what is taking place.
