Chapter 4 (Part 1)
A muffled sob escaped Daeira's duct-taped mouth which snapped the beast's attention to her. It growled which made two half human half goat, a Satyrs, stood up and made their way to her. They freed her hands inbound as well as removed the restraints on her mouth. That made her tremors visible in everyone's eyes including the beast. It rounded the throne while the two hunters attended him. He came out a man with a black robe, just before he can close the robe, she was greeted with powerful muscles lines across his abdomen and a strange tattoo down his chest. She was half thankful he wasn't naked down below or she will feel embarrassed.
When they met eyes, she confirmed the man on her dream. The devilishly handsome s
Chapter 4 Part 2 She leaned over the parapet while squinting her eyes, trying to see the city from afar. From the down below, there were lights, bright and dancing. The tall skyscraper magnificently stood out and she wondered how would the palace looked like from afar. Did it look grand just like those buildings? Turning about the view, she just wished that she won't encounter any wiggling creatures like snakes or she'll definitely lose her soul in the process. Any creeping serpent big or s
Esee and Csal's jaws dropped to the floor upon seeing the incoming frightened Daeira with a snake behind her. By the looks of it, she had no idea where was she going when she continued running fast in their direction. Her screaming only stopped when she slammed hard to the Aryan king. Upon the collision, her body collapsed to the floor while she held her hurting head. She bowed wincing over the pain while her breath was nowhere near calm, she was panting hard as if she wanted to suck all of the air around them. "Ah, Chincha..." she muttered but then immediately snapped her head to her back and frantically stood up when her eyes rested on the snake. She might have been so scared that she hadn't noticed them as she ought to continue running away. When she ran past by the king, her steps halted when he grabbed her by arm. Daeira thought the snake had already taken hold of her when she tried to wiggle free but a king's angry voice snapped her o
Leera had done something strange to her when she was taken into a bath again. She chanted while pouring some oils in the tub and those oils moved towards her skin like leeches. It absorbed on her every pore before she vomited something dark. There came tingling all over her body as if tiny electricity tickling her until she felt so sleepy. The next thing to follow, Daeira woke up on her own bed, tucked in by those silk blankets. She sleepily blinked her eyes while turning on her sides. She wasn't aware of her surroundings nor think that she was in Agartha since she thought she might be dreaming all of it. The monsters, the angry bulls, the bulky-looking half-human goats, the beautiful nymphs, the hombre cats, and the...Aryan king, the frightening hybrid black dragon. Daeira lifted her eyes to the window and saw the large moon and its light streaming inside her room. Her ears were greeted with gentle waves of water as she slowly bolted
For the following days, she had been accompanying the king into traveling the lands into which she was surprised by the flying cars and the modernity of everything in the land. When she was in the city she viewed from her balcony, inside the building while waiting for their departure to another city, the palace stood above the top hill. It looked so magnificent although it was far from being modern looking, the skyscrapers in their city couldn't compete with its grandeur. The next city they went was called the Shambala. It was more like an open country type of city where lots of creatures can be seen. She was surprised to see a human form walking down the streets. While walking towards the venue where she will be introduced, she secretly eyed the King and his two hunters walking ahead of her while she was with two of her own warriors to protect her, Esee and Csal. She was surprised how they got the favor of the king to actually go along their travel and guard his bride without being d
The next city they went, was the place called Thule where people spoke mostly Sanskrit, another Aryan language that Daeira didn’t understand. She had joined the King in the parade inside the city where a large throng of people welcomed them in merry. After bowing to the king, they went about celebrating his entrance as well as exclaiming positive responses to her as well. Daeira wished to ask Esee about their language and why were they so overjoyed in seeing her with the King. But Esee and Csal were walking alongside the red and blue hunters outside their floating car. It made her marveled every time she was discovering the advanced lifestyle of everyone in the underworld. There were technologies which the human hadn’t invented just yet. Doctors here were called healers who didn’t have to use the traditional way of operating the injured. They used machines in the diagnoses and in healing. In case there weren’t any available machines, a bracelet attached t
Chapter6Part2 The ‘little parade’ progressed to one of the venues that the Thuleans prepared. They set up a little amusement for the king and his bride just outside their own room, where Daeira and the King were seated on their large balcony. Sitting comfortably on her cushioned seat beside the silent Aryan King, she anticipated a large tribal dance to be performed down their balcony where there was a huge and wide stretch of road being cleared for the performance. Her eyes went to the spectators across their location. They seemed weren’t excited by the upcoming performance when all the time, they were beholding them in much anticipation of their reactions. “Why are they staring at me like that?” she asked although not expecting the king to answer her every blabbering. Thekingglancedatherforthemomentbeforeanswering,“Noidea,” And it made her lo
Daeira enjoyed it so much when she decided to take a cab towards the Han river instead of unnecessarily popping up there with the king’s powers. Of course, he got seriously pissed by the traffic and the bumping of shoulders of the crowded plaza. Well, in Agartha, who would dare cross the king, right? “This is my favorite spot when I’m looking at the yellow pirate,” she said while sitting on the bench concealed from other passersby. They both looked up to the fullest of the moon. “I’ve been doing this for so long but I can’t entertain you with details on the stars. I only know Orion, right there.” The king saw where she was pointing before seeing the pure excitement in her eyes. “I tried learning the things of the universe in my studies but got no money to fulfill it. Money is the big thing around here. After dad died, all the savings for my studies were gone like magic,” Daeira snap her fingers before turning to th
Daeira was yawning while walking alongside the king towards the morning banquet that the Thulean prepared for them. Csal and Esee threw her a secret glance, noticing how she seemed so relaxed at the moment. The latter would want to tell her to be serious but the king’s hunters beside them stopped her. When they entered the hall, the subjects waiting for the royal couple, stood up and bowed at their presence. While the king’s hunters and the bride’s guards were situated to the entrance a little distance away, the couple were ushered towards the table facing the rest of the subjects down the platform. They stayed still until the king bade them to start the meal and every time it happen, Daeira couldn’t help herself with the level of authority he holds to everyone here. As they settled down, Daeira gazed down her plate after the Thulean filled it. She smiled while she threw the king a glance. “This looks like the fi
With one girl running happily in the large hallway towards the king's court, the Minotaur couldn't even do something about it. The girl stopped on the wide door towards the court. The court's door was where two very strict Minotaur was guarding there. But her eyes lifted to the two huge gatekeepers and smiled sweetly to them."Greetingsdeargatekeepers,"shepolitelysaidwithacurtsy."Iwishtoseedaddy."OneMinotaurapproachedthegirlandsquattedtolookatherineyelevel."Princess Denayah, the king is in discussion with his hunters. "I'm afraid, my business is also of great importance. So, I beseech you and your company to let m
Leera shot her hand up above her head to call the attention of the two men who got inside the noisy club. She smiled mischievously when both Hakyi and Osiris were asked out by random women in skimpy clothing as they tried to get through the wild crowd. "Youbothalright?"Sheaskedwithagrin. "Thisisn'ttherendezvouswetalkedabout,Leera."Hakyicomplained. "I know. Where's the fun in following what we discussed?" Leera only said and sipped the drink she ordered from the bartender. "You said you got something to tell us about the royal family." Osiris pointed out and looked around. " And this isn't conducive place to discuss such matter." "Hey, go away." Hakyi just managed to scare off a guy who sat beside Leera. He then sat to the seat that the random guy unwillingly vacated. Osiris sat on Leera's left side, unintentionally forming a protective b
Daeira had woken up to the sounds of thundering after lightning stroke the sky. When she did so, she was greeted with the darkness inside her room and the rain waters hitting her window pane. Wincing over the headache, she bolted up from the bed and rubbed her eyes with sleepiness. The clock on the desk beside the bed only indicated that it was only midnight. But it almost felt like she had slept very long with that strange dream of the man. She frowned when she can't remember his name again while she racked her head for his name. None. Then she looked for her memo, remembering that she wrote his name on his dream on her pink memo card. Crazy but she did look for the memo on her drawer but it wasn't there. She had no idea why she felt uneasy all of the sudden while she frustratingly turned to her back again and found nothing in there. Her dreams inside her mind slowly became blurry for more seconds past and she was closed to forgetting the look of that
Back into her own room and ignoring how very silent the night was, Daeira was still staring at those two PTs that she did a while ago with the doctor. It was more than enough to make her quit her class for the day and go straight to her home. She even ignored those people in the house while she locked herself inside her room. Whywasshepregnant? Why? She didn't remember she gave herself into someone. Unless if she have gone wild into drinking and rocked one night stand, there was no other way for her to get pregnant out of nowhere. Bringing her hand to her stomach, it felt strange for her to feel so but it seemed to feel like there was indeed life inside her. "I'm pregnant," she said to herself and only there was the silence of her room. "I'm pregnant?" she blinked in confusion before she collapsed herself into the cushion of her bed and hugged her pillow in contemplation. "I'mpregnant?
Daeira had no idea if she should be thankful for the accompaniment of the strange guy or what. But his presence definitely put her in a good mood as she was buying for groceries. Upon reaching the counter, she looked at the goods being ran into the scanner. She wasn't planning on buying much. Most especially for herself. Her stepmom only gave her enough for the groceries for that day and she got a little saving she kept hidden from them. When the cashier said how much the bill was, she felt her throat dry when it went over the budget. "Here."theguygaveablackcardtothecashierwhoseeyesglintedinastonishmentathim. Of course Daeira what the black card entailed. Only 1% of Korea's population owned such. And that one percent belonged to the richest of the riches. She secretly observed him and realized that she hadn't introduced hersel
Hakyi and Osiris bowed their head when the Aryan king had arrived in a form of the black falcon. Despite the rain, they waited outside the balcony until the king had arrived. Back to his true form, they made way for him as he silently trudged his way inside the room, ignoring the dripping of rainwater from all over his wet robe and his disheveled lux.Following from behind him, Osiris and Hakyi remained their distance to the king even until he had himself collapsed to the couch and stared blankly in the wall."Howisit,yourhighness?"Hakyidaredtoinquire.There was a small smile drawn in his lips while he continuously directed his eyes to the empty white granite wall of Daeira's room in a mansion named for her. But of course, this place stayed unknown to the Aryan queen after all her recollections about Agartha were wiped out clean and taken by the prince of the reaper, Sirius, in exchange for not
Daeira absentmindedly looked outside her window, ignoring the cackling of her stepsisters down below along with her stepmother. The rain drops hitting the leaves of the trees outside seemed to be fascinating to her eyes right now. The sky was darkening when it was only three in the afternoon. It was the doing of the dark clouds and the heavy outpour of the rain outside. Nevertheless, there was that presence of one sole black falcon in one of the branch of the tree.Thatblackbirdagain.Its eyes filled only with pure scarlet in color and its feathers were obviously drenched with rain but it seemed unfazed as it only looked at her straight in the eyes.Instead of being scared, she felt very familiar with it. Maybe it was due to the fact that rain or shine, it always visited her.Lifting her right hand, she waved at the bird and smiled brightly at it. Her brows slightly raised when she thought she saw the
A day only passed after Leera's conversation with the chief tribe and her mind was still in a muddled mess. She kept on thinking the chief's words. In her vision, she definitely saw Daeira be a blessing to the king. Has she missed something when the vision came to her? Or did she misinterpret it?The fact that even the tribe chief confirmed that the king will certainly love his bride was already a blessing. So, to consider it a curse was unfortunate. She had no idea when would vision come again to let her see things far ahead.Although she was bid not to stalk the royal couple anymore, Leera was too stubborn to be hampered with just mere words. Besides, she heard that there will be a wedding in Thule which the Aryan king and his bride were invited to attend. She'll definitely go and see the royal couple in the excuse of the wedding ceremony.**************************************************************************Reaching the city of Thule, Leera
It would be a lie if Leera will say that she wasn't worried about Daeira's well-being whenever she was with the king. Though what she saw for that night would tell her that the king won't kill the bride out of the blue. But she learned of Hakyi and Osiris's animosity towards the bride after it was confirmed from their source how she was compromised by the Nazis and agreed to bring down the Aryan king when the time comes.IfDaeira'ssoulwon'tbereapedbythekinghimself,itmightbethroughthehunters'.Leera remembered to be severely reprimanded by the chief of her tribe to stop stalking the bride and just let the king decide what he wish to do with his bride."He'sgonnaendupkillingherandthecounselsarepushinghimtodoso."Leerareasonedwiththechieftribe.Th
