After a hard day’s work, Madchen, Nick and Kimber headed to their favorite bar, close to the beach. The sunset was beautiful as usual. They sipped on their beers as they watched it disappear into the water’s silver hues, while playing a friendly game of pool. The winner always played the next opponent.
This was usually Nick, with Kimber and Madchen taking turns. It was all in good fun however, and the three friends talked and laughed as they played.
Madchen took a break, heading to the outside bar on the beach. It was Kimber’s turn, and Madchen wanted a margarita. As she was sitting there relaxing and enjoying the moment, she felt a large hand on her shoulder.
“Buy a drink, chica,” she turned around to see a tall man in his late twenties with jet black hair. He wasn’t ugly, nor handsome, somewhere in between. His shoulders were broad, and overall he was muscular, but he gave off a creepy, perverted aura.
“No thanks,” Madchen tried to be as polite as possible in the situation, but the man was overbearing.
The bartender noticed it two, giving him a scowl behind his back. She snarled her nose at him as she handed Madchen her drink.
“Come on, pretty lady,” he insisted, “Just one more drink, after this one, and I will quit harassing you, maybe,” His Cuban accent was thick and ominous.
The bartender winked at Madchen as she poured the man a whiskey
on the rocks.
“Ok, just one,” Madchen seemed to agree, “But then I need to go home and take care of my big boy,”
“Big, boy,” he raised an eyebrow, having no idea , she was talking about her dog.
“He should never let a beautiful woman like you out of his site, if he doesn’t want another man stealing you away,” He grinned at her.
The bartender handed Madchen her second margarita, then slipped something in her hand. Madchen looked around to see if anyone noticed. When she was satisfied no one had seen her, she waited.
Across the bar, someone yelled at her creepy suitor, and he turned his back to her to talk to whoever was demanding his attention.
As soon as he did, Madchen unscrewed the cap off the little bottle, then emptied the entire contents into his drink.
The man turned back around, completely unaware. He took small sips of the brown liquor as her rubbed Madchen’s knee, leaning in to whisper in her ear,
“Such a beautiful chica,” he tried to be sexy, “I could take you home and…”
The man had barely finished his sentence when a loud grumble erupted from his stomach.
His face turned several shades of red as he jumped up and ran for the bathroom.
The two girls giggled, watching him pinch his cheeks together as he struggled to make it in time.
“Visine always does the trick,” the bartender laughed under her breath.
“Yeah, thanks,” Madchen grinned mischievously, “Teach that asshole to mess with a woman!”
“Hey little girl,” she turned to see Kimber and NIck headed her way.
“We are calling an Uber to take us home, are you coming?”
“You guys go on,” Madchen smiled, “i think I will stay here and talk to Maya just a little while longer”, she gestured to the pretty Latina bartender, her new partner in crime.
“Ok, be careful,”
Nick was starting to leave, when he stopped abruptly. An ugly scroll came across his face as he stared at something across the bar.
Madchen turned to see who incurred his murderous stare. Sitting across the bar from her was a man with curly blonde hair. He leaned back casually, one arm draped across his chair, and gave Nick a nod and a smile. His eyes were covered by a pair of dark sunglasses, and his tan skin and hawaiin shirt gave off a surfer vibe.
“Who is that,” Madchen was curious to know who this man was, and why he had Nick so riled up.
“Nobody, just someone who knows my dad,” was all he would say.
Nick shook his head, and turned to Madchen.
“We’re heading out, be careful going back to your apartment,” He said,as he bent down and kissed her cheek.
As he and Kimber left, Nick kept glaring at the man until he turned to catch his ride.
When Madchen looked up, the strange surfer dude was gone. She shook her head and went back to nursing her drink, talking to Maya.
“What the…” Madchen was desperate. She pushed every button on the elevator, even the emergency call trying to escape “Adam”“Yes, can we help you,” came a voice through the intercom.
“Yeah boss, I found her, Yes, she’s safe, no she’s not happy, Yes I’m staying with her,no the guards didn’t give me any trouble,”“Here, he wants to talk to you,” Adam pushed the phone toward her, and she took it reluctantly.
“You’re mercenaries!”“Close enough,” the older dr gave her a knowing look.
Later on, Madchen and Nick were cuddled up on the couch, as good friends would do, with Adam keeping a watchful eye on them.“Nick?” she looked up at him,
When Madchen finally entered her department, Nick was already with Kimber. He was whispering in her ear, and she was blushing.A pang of guilt washed over Madchen. It was wrong for him to stay with her when he had a girlfriend, one who was very smitten with him. Kimber was a sweet young woman, with her long light brown hair and big blue eyes. She, too, had migrated to Miami,
They would all be together in the unit today, yes it was that busy.Madchen and Nick would split the rooms, with Kimber helping wherever needed. Several of the pt’s would have to travel to Ct, and the two core therapists wouldn’t have the time. The three of them got a report from the nightime therapists, then started their rounds together.
He wore his jet black hair in a man bun, his sharp features actuated by his piercing dark eyes. His muscles rippled under his dark green scrubs, and his countenance was that of a man you didn’t mess with. It was like he had been chiseled by Zeus himself, a gorgeous Greek god, Romanian, Romanian god.His eyes slowly roamed over everyone standing there, until he came to
The morning sun blinded Madchen as she opened her eyes. She sat up in the bed, rubbing them blearily as she gathered her bearings, remembering last night’s escapades.Drago had taken her in the gentlest way;making love to her for half the night. It was a blissful experience, his warm mouth caressing her breasts, his hands roaming her body, the way he stoppe
Everyone clapped as the two of them stood there, in a warm embrace. Soon, his family disappeared and they were on their way back to their little cottage by the tropical sea.Madchen tensed as Drago picked her up, carrying her bridal style into the cottage.
Madchen fidgeted nervously in her new dress. Drago had certainly thought of everything, she thought to herself. Standing in front of the full length mirror, she watched as the attendants he hired fussed with her satiny coral cocktail dress. Her Fiery hair cascaded down her shoulders in spiraling curls, and her fingernails and toes were painted a matching coral as well.
Drago’s boat pulled into the dock at their hotel. Madchen squealed with delight when she saw the little white cottages lined up on the shore . White sand and blue-green water were everywhere she looked. She opted to leave Thor with Nick back on the family island. He and his brothers were taking care of operations while Drago was giving his mate a well-deserved
Madchen could feel the heat bearing down on her as the boat motored out of the little cove. Even through her expensive new sunglasses, she squinted as she looked around. The calam water sat so still that it gave a reflection of glass and she could see to the bottom, which was only around three feet.
“You are so beautiful, dark dragon,” Madchen reached her arms around his neck, never wavering her gaze.“As are you, Madchen, and I love you,” Drago crashed his lips onto hers, searing her mouth with his passion.Black wings erupted from his back, engulfing Madchen in a cocoon of protection. He didn’t care that he was standing stark naked in front of his gathering family, all he cared about was that Madchen accepted him for what he was, a dragon who had found his mate.Madchen on the other hand, was mesmerized by her handsome dark suitor, who claimed he loved her. Maybe dragons were more passionate than humans ever dreamed, and maybe she had fallen under his magical spell, and she was hopelessly smitten by this magical being who wrapped her protectively in his shiny onyx wings.“I see she didn’t get far,” Madchen pulled away from Drago’s arms, to find Nick standing there, shiny crimson wings unfolded from his back. He was shirtless, but at least he had shorts on. Nick threw Drago a pai
“A,Adam?” she stuttered, her mouth agape.“Yes, ma’am,” he gave her a low bow, eliciting a loud growl from Drago, who tried to shield her from Adam’s naked body.
Madchen marveled at the men’s healthy appetites. Drago, NIck, and Marcu ate three platefuls of food, with Madchen raising a curious eyebrow, watching them act like lumberjacks after a hard morning’s work.“They have… interesting metabolisms,” Adriana smiled,”A trait of their unique lineage.”Why did she have the distinct feeling the family matriarch was trying to tell her something? “Hmmph,” Grigo cleared the air, “What my beautiful wife is trying to say, little girl, is we are not like ordinary humans,”Madchen stiffened in her chair, she felt Drago squeeze her hand. Looking up at him, she noticed a worried expression form on his face, or was it expectation? She really wasn’t sure what was about to happen.“Don’t tell me you are werewolves,” she tried to joke, but faltered when she realized no one thought her comment to be funny.“Not quite,” Marcu chimed in. Angel was at his side now, her blue eyes glistening like diamonds in the morning sun.“No Madchen, we have nothing in common w
Drago led her to a covered deck, where the whole family was sitting, ready for breakfast. All around her were the usual suspects, Grigo, Marcu, and the mercenaries from the dungeon below the compound, who all nodded to her in respect. Madchen smiled at them, they never uttered a judgemental word against her when she enacted her frenzied revenge on Jason, they just stood back and let her have her moment.
