CHAPTER Daphne's P.O.VReturning to the City, we were received with a warm reception as everyone was glad that we had made it through the war alive.Bella ran up to me, seizing me in what was a tight, warm hug as she tried not to cry her eyes out. It was typical of her to be very dramatic for most of the time.“Next time, I am going to fight beside you” She said after releasing me from the hug. A hooded figure had seen when Mr. Halway cast the spell but he had an alternative plan; he would shield his creatures eyes with glasses to prevent them from having to look at the light. Ivory and Alina alongside the Pack's warriors were all prepared for any impending danger, even the Alpha and Levi had put on their armor and were ready for war. "After this war, I would need a long break for my mental health" Rex tried to crack some jokes but he only received tense looks from everyone who didn't buy into the jokes.
