He still thought that Meera loved Noah with her whole heart and would be hurt if he started hating her. Little did he know, Meera already had a lover who could die and kill for her as well.
In reality, he was way behind her and didn't even know any of the things that were going on in her life. He was living in his own bubble, believing that things were going his way; that he was the puppet master while she had the string of his life and was going to destroy him soon.
