William's POV

As we arrived at the secret location, the crew of the Maj Cartel's ship was already waiting for us. Mia came up to the deck of our ship as I stood with Ava. She had a big smile on her face as she saw Ava and I together.

"Ava, it's so good to see you again!" Mia exclaimed, walking up to the two of us with her arms open. "I've missed you so much these past few days."

Ava smiled, taking Mia in a big hug. "I've missed you too, Mia. It feels like it's been forever since we last saw each other."

I stepped forward, putting a hand on each of their shoulders. "We made it, everyone. We have the loot, the new ships, and we're all here together."

Mia and Ava broke their hug, exchanging looks of gratitude and affection.

"Thank you, William," Mia said. "Are we heading to France now?"

"We have to trade our ship for a bigger one," I replied. "That means we have to quickly go ship shopping."

The crew of the Maj Cartel's ship returned to the Crimson Tide as we set sail for our next

Mia's POV "Captain! Captain! We're here! France is in sight!" shouted one of the men, his voice muffled by the wind. I rushed to the port side of the ship, my eyes scanning the horizon for any signs of land. And then, there it was. France, in all its glory. I breathed in the fresh sea air. We'd made it—and even better, we'd arrived early! William turned to the crew, his voice shaking with excitement. "Congratulations, everyone! We've made it to France, and we did it in record time." The crew erupted into applause and cheers, their voices echoing across the water. We made our way to the merchant's warehouse, and as soon as we docked, William sent a message to her: "Madame, your spices have arrived, and your other cargoes will be delivered to you tonight." As William and the other sailors were busy offloading the ship, I was surprised to see the merchant herself driving up the pier in her horseless carriage. She stepped out, her eyes locked on William. "I have come to inspect my c

Mia's POV The morning light filtered through the lace curtains, casting a gentle glow over the room. Me and the merchant lay in bed, tangled together in a knot of sheets and limbs. For a moment, it was silent between us, and I relished the peace of being close to her. Then, the merchant spoke, her voice soft and low. "Mia, last night was..." She paused, searching for the right words. "It was amazing." I grinned, feeling a warm glow spread through me. "I know. It was like we were in our own little world. Just the two of us—completely lost in the moment." I kissed her on the lips softly. The merchant nodded, her eyes bright with emotion. "I never wanted it to end. I wish we could stay like this forever." I chuckled, reaching out to caress her cheek. "Me too, my love. But for now, let's just enjoy this moment." The merchant leaned into me, her body pressing against mine. "I love you, Mia," she whispered, her lips brushing against my ear. I smiled, pulling her closer to me. "I love

William's POV As the sun set, I stood at the helm of the ship, feeling content. “Everything’s finally set to sail to our next destination, I can’t wait to see what the journey would hold.” Turning to my right, I saw Thomas, standing beside me, scanning the horizon with a determined look on his face. "Everything seems to be in order, Alpha," he said, his voice calm and assuring. "We've loaded the cargo, and the ship is ready to depart port." I nodded, pleased by Thomas' attention to detail. "Thank you, Thomas. Please double-check everything once more, just to be sure. I don't want to take any unnecessary risks." Thomas nodded in agreement, already setting off down the deck to begin his inspection. Meanwhile, I waited, scanning the horizon, searching for any signs of trouble. But the water remained calm and serene, reflecting the fading light of the setting sun. As Thomas finished his inspection and gave me the all-clear, I nodded my approval. "Excellent job, Thomas. Ava's POV I woke up with my heart racing as I heard the sound of shouting and scuffling outside our cabin. ‘What is…?” For a moment, I was consumed by fear, unsure of what was happening. Then I remembered William's words from the day before—we would be arriving at a new port in the morning. I sat up in bed, rubbing my eyes and trying to clear the fog of sleep from my head. As I did so, I heard William's voice outside, barking orders to the crew. "Hurry up," he shouted. "We need to be ready to disembark as soon as we arrive. I want no delays!" I could hear the crew scrambling to carry out his orders. I got up and peeked out of the window, feeling a surge of excitement at the prospect of exploring a new country. I turned to William, who was standing a few feet from me, giving orders to a group of crew members who were hurriedly preparing crates for unloading. "William," I whispered. "Are we here? Are we at the new port?" William turned to me, a smile on his face. "Yes, Ava," he s

William's POV Later that day, as the sun began to set over the water, I decided to take a stroll on the beach. As I walked along the sand, my thoughts were consumed by the events of the past few days. I noticed Ava sitting on a bench by the shore, her eyes fixed on the horizon. I took a seat next to her. "It's a beautiful night, isn't it?" I said, breaking the silence . Ava turned to face me, a smile on her face. "Yes, it is." As we sat there in silence, I couldn't help but feel drawn to Ava. She was so kind, so understanding, and so compassionate. I had to explain and sort things out with her personally. "Ava, would you like to take a walk with me on the beach?" Ava looked at me, her eyes wide with surprise. For a moment, I thought she was going to reject my offer but then she smiled. "I think I'd like that!” As we walked along the shore, I felt a sense of peace and contentment. And as I looked at Ava, her hand in mine, I knew that this was where I belonged. "Thank you for

Mia's POV Ava and I walked along the beach. It was a beautiful day, with a clear blue sky and a warm sun shining down on us. Despite that, my mind was still preoccupied with the events of the past few hours. I couldn't help but think about William's ex-girlfriend. “How can someone be so cruel? Why would she target me, a complete stranger, when she could have just as easily gone after William? Or better yet, not attack anyone at all?” I knew that I couldn't let my guard down, especially with the potential threat at hand. But at the same time, I didn't want to live in fear. I wanted to enjoy my time with William and Ava, without always looking over my shoulder. "Why are you thinking about all this?" Ava asked, breaking my thoughts. "You should be relaxing." I chuckled. "Sorry, I was just lost in thought." Ava shook her head. "You need to learn to live in the moment. The past is in the past, it's the present that matters." I nodded, taking her words to heart. Ava was right. "Come

Thomas' POV "Did you see how William stood up for Ava that night?" a crew member asked, his voice filled with excitement. "I've never seen him treat any other woman like that before." I nodded, my voice filled with agreement. "It was truly heartwarming to see," I said, my voice filled with sincerity. "His actions spoke volumes about the kind of person he is and how he feels about Ava." "You know, I think William finally found someone that he can truly care for," another crew member said, his voice filled with observation. "I think he finally found his match in Ava." I nodded in agreement. "I think you're right," I said as I turned to look at him. "And I think that's what truly matters." As I talked to the crew, I could not brush aside the anticipation building in my thoughts. The idea of a marriage between the Blue River and Shadow clans was a truly significant event. And the fact that William was the one at the center of it only added to the excitement. "If William continues lik

Mia's POV I approached William's cabin carefully, making sure to keep my steps as quiet as possible. As I approached the door, I could hear William's voice coming from inside. He sounded busy. “This is the perfect moment to approach him and try to talk to him about my concerns,” I thought. I took a deep breath, and with a quick knock on the door, I entered the cabin. William turned to me, a look of surprise on his face. "What are you doing here?" he asked. "I need to talk to you," I said, my voice equally quiet. "It's important." William nodded, gesturing for me to sit down. "What is it?" he asked. I paused for a moment, taking a deep breath to compose myself. "It's about your love for Ava… I don't think it's a good idea." William's expression turned to one of anger. "What do you mean?" he asked. "You're not the one who gets to decide." "I know," I said, my voice quivering. "But Ava's father... he would kill you if he found out that you are in love with her and have the inte

William's POV“Good morning Ava,” I greeted her, setting the tray of bread on the bed side table. She squinted her eyes adorably and yawned, stretching lazily. The sun rose slowly over the horizon, casting a warm orange glow through the window, around the room and enhancing the features of Ava's face and her curvy body.“Good morning, William,” she said in a tired voice and sat up. She then smiled at me for a while as I adjusted the food on the tray. “You look really handsome today.”I raised the corners of his lips to a smirk and brought the tray to her.She turned to look at me wide eyed, her long beautiful hair was a mess but it still looked beautiful—she still looked beautiful. Like my perfect Ava.“William, breakfast in bed? You did not have to,” she said with a loving voice.“But I wanted to,” I replied, smiling at her, gratitude evident in my eyes. “And you deserve it, Ava.”She sat up and let me feed it into her mouth.“It tastes like the spicy bread we ate yesterday. Ava's POV William and I arrived in Casablanca in Morocco and we decided to take a stroll and explore the a e before retiring to the ship. “Oh William!” I called. “William! I want to try those!” I pointed to a bunch of native snacks piled up at a store. They looked delicious. “William, I want them please,” I begged. “They look delicious. let us go,” he said and we walked over to the store and selected a bunch of snacks and ate. “So tasty,” I said with a full mouth. “What next?” “We try out those ones,” he said pointing to another mouth watering food at another stall. “Oh my, William, I can not wait!” I sampled different foods, one stall after the other. “Be careful or you will get sick,” William joked and I blushed. “it is my honeymoon, I can eat whatever I want,” I demanded but then, I felt a cramp in my stomach and stopped right as I was chewing. I looked up to meet him watching me with amusement. “What were you saying?” I dropped the snack. “Maybe you are right. I will ju

Ava's POV “I wonder why your Dad called us all of a sudden,” William told me, getting ready to leave. “I am not sure but at least now that I know he likes you, I am not feeling a bit worried,” I said smiling up at him. William nodded. “you are right. He most likely wants to discuss some of our Clan's issues. it is really stressful, you know. Being an Alpha, I have to stay and take care of my Clan. I can not even have some time to myself,” he complained with a sigh. “But, it is not like I hate it. I love my Clan and they make my work easier by always complying and doing the right thing. They also work hard.” I smiled and planted a kiss on him. “you are a great Alpha.” We made our way to meet my Dad. “Where's Robert, the Alpha?” William asked a maid and she pointed to the meeting room. “He's in the meeting room. He said if you two come, you should go meet him in there,” the maid said. “Thank you.” The maid nodded and left. I said, voice barely above a whisper to him, “I told yo

Mia's POV I could not wait any longer. “Thomas, I want you inside me right now.” As if I had just said the words he had been waiting for his whole life, he raised the corners of his lips to a smirk darkly at me and stepped forward, closing the distance between the both of us. “With pleasure, darling.” Before we knew it, I already reached in to Thomas’ trousers and pulled out his big, hard, throbbing cock My voice quivered with anticipation as I said, voice barely above a whisper, "I have been longing for this moment." Thomas responded huskily, "Me too, Mia. let us make every second count." We embarked on a sex journey, exploring each other's bodies with an insatiable hunger. Our gasps and moans filled the hut, creating a symphony of ecstasy as we planted a kiss on and licked each other. “I love having you from behind,” he said, voice barely above a whisper as he rammed into me. “I love seeing your cunt stretch out and grab my cock. I love seeing your ass bounce and ripple up you

Mia's POV I approached Thomas who was on the beach, standing next to the shore and watching the waves. The sun set slowly below the horizon, casting a warm orange glow over the sea and enhancing the features of Thomas’ face. “Thomas, you wanted to talk to me?” I said as I approached him. He looked back and saw me, his eyes glinting in the moonlight. “Yes, I can not believe you came.” I walked closer to him. “I decided to hear you out. I was not being fair.” He nodded. “thank you so much.” We sat there in silence for a while. “So, what did you want to talk to me about?” I asked, trying to maintain a casual voice. He looked deep into my eyes. “Mia, I want to assure you that Emma and I are just friends and I will have no relationship with her. She even tried to deceitfully use my son to take money from me and that is the reason I haven't talked to you in a month.” I frowned. “How could she do that? Using her own child to pursue her greed? Did she succeed?” Thomas shook his head

Ava's POV “Mia?” I knocked on her door carefully. “Mia?” I called again. The door creaked open and Mia stood, looking at me with bright eyes. “Ava, what are you doing here?” “I came to check up on you,” I answered. “can not I do that for my best friend?” She smiled and let me in. “No, that is not what I meant. You know what, come in.” Smiling, I stepped into her room. “So,” she said with a teasing voice. “How's William?” I immediately knew she was up to no good. “He's fine,” I answered simply. “Just fine?” she asked. “Nothing else? You know I have noticed something since you two got married.” I looked up at her, curious. “What is it?” “it is just that you two have spent more time indoors. You guys hardly ever come out,” she joked. Heat started to creep up my cheeks. “Mia, stop.” She shrugged. “Well, at least no one's here to stop you two so I understand.” Laughing, I started to hit Mia and she dodged each one, laughing in return. “I am not lying Ava,” she said between la

William's POV “Thomas, she needs space. Give her some time and she will come around,” I told my beta after he narrated everything that happened last night. “I know,” he said, hanging his head. “I will give her as much time as she needs to make a decision. All I need now is one more chance with her.” I patted him comfortingly on his back. “Thomas, I know you are a good wolf and you are willing to take a chance. I know you want to make things right with Mia and fix your relationship with her, but I feel like it would be difficult.” Thomas nodded. “I know I have been a terrible lover to Mia. She does not deserve me and I know that. But I hope that she finds it in her heart to see my side of the story and forgive me for everything I have done. I hope she sees the good in me and accepts me back into her life.” “She will,” I assured him. “Just keep hoping Thomas.” “I really wish I can help Thomas and Mia but I have no idea what to do to bring them back together,” I thought to myself. “

Mia's POV “I am so happy for Ava,” I said, lying on my bed in my room, lost in thoughts. “She found such a perfect mate; someone she loves and someone that loves her too.” I let out a deep sigh, turning in my bed. “William would never break Ava's trust. He would never do what Thomas did to me.” I fought back tears because I did not want to cry for Thomas anymore. I let out a shaky breath. “I wish I could end up happy like Ava. I really thought I wanted a chase but it turns out, I want someone to stay with me. Seeing William and Ava's happy faces and hearing their laughter during their wedding made me realize that.” “Mia,” my father said, knocking and entering into my room. “Mia, are you still crying?” he asked, his voice sounding feeling a bit worried and I wiped my tears away. “No,” I said, my voice was barely above a whisper. He sat down next to me and let out a deep sigh in frustration. “I warned you to stay away from that wolf but you did not listen and went on that trip wit

Thomas' POV I was furious at Emma. She was not letting me see my son, and she kept telling me it was all my fault. “She did not even let me know I had a baby so how's it my fault,” I told William, pacing the room, fuming with anger. “She was the one who got up and left the morning after our one night stand so why would she put all the blame on me?” William looked down thoughtfully, “So, what do we do about all of this?” My head has been a mess since all this started and I have tried, but I can not come up with any solution to fix things. I let out a deep sigh out of frustration and said, “I do not know what to do to fix things. I swear I have no idea.” I clucked my tongue. “That… Emma, she did not tell me about my son for two years and then she comes back into my life all of a sudden and ruins my relationship with Mia.” I ran my fingers through my hair. Mia was mad at me. Everything was out of my control. William then placed a calming hand on my shoulder. “Thomas, we will figure
