Chapter 41

***LONDON'S POV***

I swim for a while, letting the cool sun bath my pale skin. It is beautiful, I actually love it. I don't know how long is spent in the water but I relax, closing my eyes for a while.

When the sun hit my skin harder, I swam a little farther into the lake, making sure that the water where I am swimming is shallow enough that I wouldn't drown.

I can swim, but not just a keen one, and shallow waters frighten the hell out of me. That is why when I hit my leg on a rock, I don't know I am in dangerous quarters in the lake until I go down really bad.

I push my head up for air but I feel choked. I let water enter my nostrils.

"Zane! Zane! Somebody help me," I shout as loud as I can get, it is hard with how burning my throat is feeling right now.

I know I shouldn't be crying but I cannot help it. I start panicking. The first stage to stay alive in situations like this is to have a cool leveled head. No, I don't let that get to me right now.
