I could not stop thinking about what Alex had said. He said that he would save me. He would stop the marriage. But how exactly would he do that?

Would he really be hurting someone? He said that even if he would hurt someone , they would not be innocent people , rather people who wanted to harm me.

So who could it be, Mason? Melanie? Helen?. Or even my father?

Although I did not like these people very much and I really hated Melanie and wanted the worst things to happen to her, I did not want anyone else to be hurt in trying to get me out of the marriage.
