The days were passing like years as she didn't feel like going to the University. Everything felt like dry air without any scent in it. The thought that he was upset with her was constantly coming inside her mind to haunt her. She didn't try to call him once as the thought that he wouldn't pick her phone scared her. She couldn't bare the attitude of him ignoring him. "At least call him." Anya was asking for the tenth time as Sophia and she were sitting with her in her room. She wasn't coming out of her room much as they were there to grab her out from her loneliness. "What if he rejects my call? It will more heartbreaking." She reasoned out as she was lying on her bed hugging the silky white cushion.
The sun rays were peeking through the open window as she groaned a little at not closing them before sleeping. She tried to move but she felt a sharp pain between her legs making her eyes to wide open. Soon she realized what was happening as she fluttered her eyelashes several times to absorb her surroundings. She tried to move again as this time she felt restricted by a bulky arm wrapped securely around her chest beneath her breasts. His hairs were touching her breasts letting her feel a tickling sensation. She looked down at her as she immediately covered her mouth to muffle her gasp. She was naked, lying in the bed with her body flushed with his. Her every nerve constricted as she started taking deep breaths to calm her down.
She went to see Sophia as Gareth finally let her go. He didn't even leave her once since the morning. Now it was evening as the moon came to take place of the sun. Sophia and Page were enjoying each other's company when she entered the room. They both exchanged a knowing look as she was glad she hid all the bruises on her neck and shoulders. "You slept well?" Page asked wiggling her eyebrows as Ava just narrowed her eyes at her. "Yes I did thanks for asking." She answered trying to look normal as they both chuckled when Sophia asked. "How he let you escape here?" She asked as Ava went to sit beside Page on the couch.
The sun was peeking through the bluish sky as the birds started chirping with the cold breeze swaying the leaves of the trees as it was cold today. Her eyes opened as she groaned a little due to the uncomfortable position she was lying on the couch. She waited for Gareth whole night again as it’s been two days since she had seen him. She didn’t bother him again by calling him as he was already tense. She wasn’t going to university as her vacations were almost here so she decided to go after them. Moreover Gareth had tightened the security around the mansion and around her too. She couldn’t go like this so she was taking notes at home with the help of Sasha. She glanced at the time as her face fell down on finding no sign of Gareth. Not even a message from him.
She didn't speak the rest of the ride as Anya just asked one thing from her. "You are looking so pale. Do you want me to take to the hospital? Anya was concerned seeing her ashen face. She wasn't even blinking her eyes as if she was under a shock. Ava didn't answer as she just nodded her head making Anya to divert her attention towards driving. Anya brought her to one of her apartments in Manhattan as she knew Ava would not be comfortable living with her parents as Anya still lived with them. She never left her house although she had different apartments in different states. "...this is your room and there is everything in the
"Don't you think that your husband would find you soon?" Sasha said as she entered the small furnished cottage but that was enough for Ava to stay there for some days. That cottage was located outside the city as she was glad she had a friend like Sasha who was willing to help her. "I have brought some snacks." Ben entered chirping with few bags in his hands. They both came to her immediately as she called for help. Ava just called Sasha but she talked to him as he found out this small cottage in a minute for her. Ava promised him that she would soon start paying for the rent but Ben refused as he said as a friend she didn't have to do this but Ava made up her mind as soon she would find a part-time job and then she would start paying for that.
She was waiting for her food order to come as she wasn't going out much. Whenever she was stepping outside her cottage she felt like someone was looking at her. At first she thought of Gareth but then she ignored as she was away from him and his presence shouldn't bother her anymore. Soon the bell rang as she was starving. She was feeling nauseous as she didn't feel like cooking something for her. But she also had to eat something for her baby. She dragged herself towards the door as she opened it to find a delivery boy. She gave him his tip and took the package inside. She grabbed a plate from the kitchen counter while going towards the kitchen counter as she took out the box full of fries. Yes, that was junk food al
"N-no..." Her voice barely reached her own ears as she felt Gareth's white shirt getting stained with his blood. There were splashes of blood across her face but they didn't belong to Gareth. He was standing far away from him as those blood droplets belonged to Theodore. There were two gunshots at that time as Theodore didn't shot at Ava but at Gareth as he found him helpless. He wanted to see that helplessness on Gareth's eyes before he could kill him. But at the same time another gunshot was heard that penetrated through Theodore's skull. Everyone looked around even Gareth while placing his hand above his chest where he got shot but his eyes widened looking around. Ava also looked in that direction as there was som
