(AN OMEN FROM A GIRL) TICK TOCK! TICK TOCK! TICK TOK! Three rhythmic patterns from a clock. Three known sound and three calls. “I want to play. Let us play for a bit.” A voice that she couldn’t recognize, yet she is familiar of WHO. “Winona.” Her name is then being called. A sudden call right after those three ticking rhythmic sounds of the clock. All in one second where everything turns black and a hunting voice said. “An omen from a girl.” Deep and gasping, Winona held her breath for a few seconds realizing WHO is the one who just asks her about a game. “Wait!” She begs and desperately screams. “I wanted to know!” But then, she is ignored. And with the same pattern of sound from the known clock. Winona found herself into the past. In the same ground but she is not existing, and where Emie is present along with him. “EMIE, DO YOU WANT TO WITNESS SOMETHING THAT WILL TURN YOUR WORLD UPSIDE DOWN?” A tone that is hunting with dread. After witnessing that sudden detour and dread that she never expected to see and experience, even though she is just a being in that past that doesn’t really exist. “Is there a problem, Winona?” Carlos asks her and somehow slap her into the reality and realization that what she just saw for that short minutes are glimpse of the darkness from the past. Or perhaps you are not still qualified to meet the beings?” Carlos laughs, mocking Winona with the fact that she immediately realizes that Carlos already knew what she is currently struggling with. “You can act tough, and you can hide what you feel inside. But remember Winona, I am not like anyone else. I’m a proud commandment that can read everything and know the meaning, even a flinch of your eyebrow.” He stated high and mighty. Along with his laughter that is slowly turning in a hellish kind of way and tone. “Tsk!” Winona clicks her tongue silently. Disappointed in herself and realizing that she couldn’t beat Carlos in any mind games for being the person that she is right now. “Shaken? I might be, but not too long.
