CHAPTER 10

Lisa POV

My room is a mess right now, I have been looking for a good dress to put on.

For the past 10 minutes now I've been going through my closet over and over again after a few more minutes, finally I chose a faded blue jeans and a turtleneck white top with a sandal, I made my hair into a pony tail and put on my best sandal. This should be okay my uniform should be given to me today. I heard a car horn but didn't bothered myself going out to check I don't have someone who owns a car as a friend, you might be wondering if I have a friend, No I don't they all think of me as a troublesome girl so our friendship doesn't last much it's not like I care. I heard the same horn again okay who is that? I went to check wow the car is very beautiful but I don't think I have seen this car before, I went close to and the glass rolled down.

"I am pretty sure you heard the car horn I still don't get why you didn't come out" Mary said rolling her eyes.

"I wasn't told you are gonna pick and besides I never seen this car before" I replied her

"Whatever let's go to school"

"Hold on I need to take my bag" I told her and ran back into the house to get my things.

___ STARLIGHT HIGH SCHOOL__

I still can't get over the beauty of this school, Mary drove in but didn't stop at where I saw different cars pack their car, she still moved further till she get into a basement. There I saw different types of beautiful cars damn these cars must be own by high rank socialite I couldn't hold it in anymore so I asked.

"Mary why didn't you pack your car there in the parking lot we first saw?

"Those are for the middle class, these were the high ranks park theirs"

Woah you guys even differented parking of cars? I asked surprised

"Yeah" she said sometimes I kind off wonder who she really is?

"Come along I will take you to the principal's office and again If we go out there a lot of eyes are gonna stare at us so it will be better if you Ignore them" She told me

Walking side by side with Mary I can see students staring and whispering at themselves, I was told to ignore them so that's what i am going to do it's continue till we get to the principal office.

I was given a form to fill I did so and was given the things I needed including my uniform I was told to change immediately and also a map though I won't need it cause Mary is with me but I need to keep Incase she isn't she showed me my locker I drop my things there, she also took my to the female rest room so I can change to my uniform. I did so and followed her to class this time student were not outside like when we first came in. Luckily I was in the same class with Mary so we just went together. Opening it all eyes turn to us staring at me curiosily. The teacher was also in the class he also turned to look at what made everyone suddenly stare at one place.

"You must be a new student because I haven't seen you before in this class" the teacher asked me

"Yeah I am a new student ma" I replied her

"So why don't you introduce yourself to the class dear" she said in a calm way I am so gonna love her.

I turned to the class and told them"My name is Kim lalisa"

I said simply on our to school I recalled Mary telling me to do just that to avoid any sort of talk from the students.

" Is that the only you are gonna say, like don't you need to say the name of your former school l? A girl asked among the students asked

"What the heck out!! she said her name already and I don't think you have anything to do with he old school so keep your f*cking mouth shut if you have any problem face me" she said and hold my hands then drag me to our sit everyone was staring at her in shock they couldn't say anything including the teacher everywhere was silent as we move to our seat. I need to ask her who she really getting to an empty seat we stopped

"Get the f*CK out" Mary said codly

The girl sitting there quickly pack her things and went to another empty seat.

"Lis seat here we are going to be seat mate from now on" Mary said and sat on hers.

"I sat slowly and carefully so I won't cause a scene cause the whole class was watching every single step I take, once I am done Mary screamed at them to face their work and teacher also to teach. We went for three more classes before the bell rang for break.

I'm not the type that go to the cafeteria so I decided to sit in the class.

"Lis let's go to cafeteria so you can get something to eat" Mary said.

"I didn't bring enough cash with me so I'll be sitting in the class I'm used to it " I told her.

"Not anymore let's go to the cafeteria together I have a lot of cash with me and besides if I leave you here a lot of b*tches will try to question you, so follow me" She said dismissing anything I want to say.

"Why are student scared of you and is staring at us" I asked truthfully cause seriously these stares are too much.

" I don't talk much to people no, not that I don't talk to anyone apart from my cousin" She said

"Your cousin?

" Well she is my childhood friend but I call her that because her mum ans mine are best of best friends they call themselves sisters so we just call ourselves cousins.

Getting to the cafeteria Mary pointed to a place for me to go sit and wait for her I was kind of nervous but couldn't tell her. I went to the seat, with the way everyone left that particular space it belongs to her and no one dare sit there. When I got there and sat down I began to hear whispers.

Who is she?

Doesn't she know only Mary and Trina sits there?

"Heard she is friends with Mary maybe that's why she sat there"

Different questions were asked but I didn't look at them I was praying Mary gets here quickly I am not scared if I am with her. I don't know if it's I because I just came to a new school or because it's a school full of rich kids that's was why I am kind of nervous.

Not long after I saw Mary coming with two waiters behind her carrying tray full of food, this girl doesn't cease to amaze me, who the heck have waiters in the school ? Kill me this rich people are really wow, I just stare at her shocked.

"Lis close your mouth so fly doesn't get into it" she said sitting down.

The waiters dropped the food and leave immediately.

Who the heck are you Mary? I asked what has been bothering for sometime.

"You wanna know who I am alright, well I'm going to tell you a few things about me if that's what you want everyone knows me as Mary Kendrick but my real name is Mary Yoon" she said

"What!!!" I screamed my eyes almost popped out of the socket.

" You are screaming and I am pretty sure I am gonna have an headache" she said as if she hasn't just said something shocking like the heck she is the daughter of Yoon like the richest man here in Soeul that's explains why she always get things done with a snap of her fingers.

" So you are the last child of the Yoon? I asked again still shocked

"Yes of course but I prefer being called Mary Kendrick because that make me not known by the world " she answered.

" So about your job remember I told you I'm going to help you with it right? She asked which quickly got my attention.

"Yeah I do" I replied still digging into my food don't blame I don't know when I am going to have this kind of opportunity to eat food like this.

"Fine let's do it this way how about you teach me how to dance and I pay you any amount you want" she said and I stop eating.

"What did you just say? I asked with food still in my mouth

" You heard me Mary please don't make me repeat myself and again swallow your food before talking to me" she said irritated

"Alright accepted" I told this time I have swallowed my food.

"wow wow wow so I'm sitting with the" and she clasp her hands on my mouth.

"Don't scream you're the first person I told about my real name apart from my siblings and my family friends only you my re name" she said.

"Well you're different from the way people portrayed you to be, people always say you are rude Rich girl spoilt brat but you don't seem so to be so to me" I told her truthfully.

"Hmm yeah the news love saying trash they don't haven't even see me but the already started a rumors about me well I won't call it a rumor though it's because I like you that's why you are seeing as a nice chick" she said

"I still can't believe this i sitting with Mary Yoon it's unbelievable, that is why your uniform is quite different from the others"

"Nah not because of that it's because I like my things being unique I don't share with people" she said

"Hmm that's really explains why but why do you trust me so much tell me about yourself" I asked again

" I hate lying to someone I am close to beside you are talented I can't let that talent go to waste should I tell you a secret? She asked me

"Yes you can"

" That wasn't the first day I saw you though" she said

"Really" I asked supprised

"Yeah, the first time I saw you was when you were dancing in our house" she said

" What you saw me dancing, now I get it you were the shawdow I saw"

" Not long after we heard girls screaming and whispering to themselves.What is going on ?

"Perhaps those silly brothers of mine are coming to cafeteria" she said.

" Oh now I understand it's just like those movie I watch "

" Well they are four two of the guys are my brother while did other two are his best friends since the guys are from the high rank girls go crazy over them" Mary explained.

"Seem you don't have a good relationship with your brother" I asked again

"Yeah I don't" she answered

"Okay how about your cousin sis isn't she in this major " I asked cause I haven't seen her around.

" She kind of went for vacation in Miami" she answered with an eye roll this girl sure roll her eyeballs too much.

"Who goes for a vacation during school period"I asked again

"My crazy cousin does" she replied ok

" Lis enough questions for today we need to eat" she said again

We were eating our food gently when i heard screech of a chair beside me I turn to look at where the source came from and was dumbstruck by who I saw it was Liam awwn he look so cute, I was still staring at him when I felt him clear is throat,

"You must be the girl that has been making Mary happy these days? He asked smiling awwn he so so cute I felt something hit my leg understand the table I came back to myself in an instant very sure it's Mary. I replied him with yes it wasn't as if I heard what he said .

"Wait I think I know you from somewhere" he said trying to recall where he knew me from.

"Liam please go to your seat I need to eat and besides I don't want a scene from your stupid girlfriend" Mary said trying to dismiss her

"Now I recall you were the reason why my girlfriend got mad at me" He said again

"If you had watch where you are going I wouldn't miss a step and you wouldn't have caught me from falling" I replied back

"Hold on I don't get, The girl she was talking about is Lis" Mary asked

"Yeah, she is the one wait how come you know? Mr handsome asked.

"None of your business" she said and got up.

"Lis please can we go" Mary asked me I looked down at my food I haven't even eaten much I felt like crying what the heck is this the rich people waste their food?

"Mary I haven't eaten much I can just let this food go to waste" I said truthfully.

" Fine I will force myself to wait so you eat faster" Mary said sitting back.

"Mr handsome just kept staring at her with shock written over his face.

"Why are you staring at me" Mary asked him

"Nothing , well Lis it's nice to meet you I really do hope we get along" he said and stretched his hands for handshake I wanted to returned it when I heard a screech.

I needed no one to tell me that I am in a lot of trouble....
