“Don’t tell me that bastard has still not woken up.” Houston’s voice sounded and the next moment, splash! Cool liquid struck my face with great force.
My fingers clenched behind my back and I held my breath; hoping that they wouldn’t notice I was awake.
“What is wrong with him?” My cheeks were pinched together and my face lifted. “I have seen him undergo rigorous training. He is not the kind to be knocked out for long by something as lame as hypnotics.”
“Do you think he is pretending to be unconscious, Houston?” Another voice sounded; this one slightly more hoarse that Houston.
