29. Guilty!

Author's POV

Valerina opened her eyes with groan and found herself on the bed.

She was wrapped in bedsheets and wasn't wearing anything.

She sat up while covering herself with bedsheets and remembered what has happened with her before falling unconscious.

She wasn't completely unaware that this can happen to her but still it affects.

She shouldn't be so vulnerable around him because he will use that against her.

She remembered his words when he said that he won't be gentle with her again.

She wiped her tears and grabbed her head.

"What did I do to deserve this?"

Her eyes fell on the glass of drink which was kept beside the bed. It's was the same drink.

She wiped her wet cheek and grabbed the drink.

At least she can stop her pain if she can't stop him.

He was not in the room and it was almost four in the evening.

She cleaned herself and walked downstairs to eat something. She haven't eaten anything since last night and her stomach was growling in protest.
