33. Get Fired??

**"Mr. Mendez had a tragic incident as a child, which traumatized him to the point of claustrophobia. I can't say much more than that."

"A tragic incident?" whispered Feli who recalled her conversation with Eloy last night when she asked further why the employer was like this.

"What exactly happened to you?" Feli continued to watch the employer who was still asleep.

The man had regained consciousness last night. But fell back asleep after Andres Hugo removed the breathing apparatus. Of course, after making sure Jerrald could breathe normally again.

Feli turned her gaze towards Jerrald's hand and found the IV needle still attached to his wrist.

Slowly, Feli ventured to gently rub Jerrald's palm.

After just one swipe, Feli immediately took her hand away again. She bit her lip nervously. Feli swallowed saliva with difficulty. Her hand felt as if it had been electrocuted when she felt the skin of her employer’s hand.
