Lori walked into the small briefing room to be greeted by the three other people, and she sat down and waited for everything to begin. She was the only one not in uniform which made the others look her over closely. Her boss walked in and sat next to her as they waited for some of the others.

When he saw, she was ready, and he had packed up what was left of the food and clothes he had bought he led her to the car and helped her in. She looked at her phone but decided that it was best if she left it off for a little while instead laying her head back and closing her eyes. She didn't think she would hate going back to real life instead of her idyllic vacation, but a part of her didn't want to go back at all. The other part wanted nothing more than to go back and try to see what this thing with Mike was really. She was trying not to dissect everything instead just enjoy the feeling of what was blooming around them.
