CHAPTER 121 – Uncle Edward wants Grandchildren

Daniel was observing her demeanour and saw determination in her eyes.

When she looked back at him, she quickly gave him a smile.

“I believe I’ve explained myself” she said with a playful grin.

“I never cared about that” he lied.

“Awww Daniel. I was so worried you would misunderstand so I came back. It turns out, you didn’t care about it at all” she smirked then went to her room.

Before she could close the door, she felt two strong hands hugging her waist and she felt Daniel’s breath on her shoulder.

When Daniel didn’t say anything, she decided to break the ice.

“I’m almost done with the wedding preparations. So, when can I meet your bride?” she asked knowingly.

“You won’t” he replied.
