Sandy’s POV

I looked from one person to the next, trying to decipher what Ida had just said. Even Anthony had barely said anything or moved from the sink, and it was making me very angry. Ignoring me was different but not telling me about this as someone who was his best friend and fake partner, that he lives with pissed me off. I was getting tired of this treatment. Just when I was about to march my way to him, Ida got down from the counter and approached me.

“I hope you don’t have problems with this. You see, I was the one who asked, and he didn’t want to agree at first, but I told him it is just for a few days. The paper for my apartment is already prepped.”

I looked past her to glare at Anthony. My heart was burning from the anger I was feeling. I scoffed and looked to the side. I squeezed my eyes shut for some seconds before nodding my had in agreement.

“I am fine with it since my opinion doesn’t count. And you,” I pointed at Anthony. “Mr. Hogan, we need to talk.”
