I wanted to surprise Sebastian at his office. I haven't done that in a while. I had no desire to leave the house at all anymore. All I wanted to do now was sit at home and eat watermelons.

I wondered how Sebastian would react. Would he be surprised? Or did Simon already tell him about the meeting? No, he wouldn't tell him since I told him to keep it between us. I took the elevator straight to his floor.

His secretary Melanie saw me approaching and smiled. "Mrs. Stanley! It's good to see you again."

"Please, just call me Delilah. Is Sebastian in his office?" I asked.

Melanie nodded. "Yes, ma'am, but sir is in a meeting. He is almost done. Could you wait a moment?" she asked.

I sat down on the couch in the waiting area and waited patiently. I was starting to feel sleepy. Maybe coming here was a bad idea. I should've gone straight home and napped. Who knows when I'd be able to sleep when the triplets are born, so I might as well sleep as much as possible now.
