"Good morning Mr Fred, how are you doing this morning and how is your wife?" The doctor asked over the phone and Fred looked over at the mention of his wife. He can see Zara nestled and sleeping peacefully on his chest. He could hear her light snoring and he couldn't help but smile as he looked at her.

"Uhmmm Mr Fred!" The doctor called and he jolted back to the reality. He can't believe this is happening, Zara is here on his chest like this. Who would have thought?

"Sorry about that, Zara is doing okay. Thanks for checking up the injection you administered yesterday did work but she had a fever and began acting up again in the middle of the night." Fred explained to the doctor as he listened attentively. He also made sure not to talk too loudly, he didn't want to make any noise.
