“Alden, remove your seatbelt and let's exchange positions. I will drive,” she said. Even though she was afraid of heights, she could still drive safely compared to Alden.

Alden heaved a sigh before he did as she instructed. After she sat down in the driver's seat, she reversed the car and made a U-turn. Even though the rain was pouring much more than earlier, she was able to drive back, not caring about Alden's thoughts.

She knew there was no way she could drive through that road when there is a cliff and the height of the distance between the top and below the bridge was no joke. At least driving back to the mansion was better than endangering their lives here.

Halfway close to the mansion, Alden, who was already regaining his consciousness and sanity at the sudden stop of the rainfall, spoke up. “Olivia, I don't want to go home. Can you just drive me to your apartment?”
