Chapter 5: Let me help you

Nathan had never met anyone with a mind as strong as Amada. Most of the girls he hangs out with are not as noble and proud as Amada. It was because of that that made Nathan feel excited, and his heart fluttered at the girl he first met. Because of that, Nathan took Amada back to the hotel, where he rested.

Amada wakes up limp and reeling in a room she's sure isn't hers. She looked at her watch and realized that it was already dark.

Amada wonders what happened, where is she now?

"Are you awake?" A voice rang out, causing Amada to jump. She rolled her eyes towards the voice, her eyes widening in conditioned response to seeing the man come out of the bathroom, wearing only a towel wrapped around his waist. His hair was still wet because he had just washed it.

"Who are you? Why am I here?"

Amada immediately fell into a panic, she frantically searched for some memory of what happened before. Holding her head with both hands, Amada's body reflexively contracted the flu as if to protect itself.

"Calm down, I won't hurt you." Nathan had words of reassurance over Amada's violent reaction.

God, Amada's head hurts so much, she can't remember anything. Seeing the man look confused by her expression, Amada removed her hand from her head, turning a questioning gaze towards the man who was completely unknown to her.

Nathan calmly brought a glass of water closer and handed it to Amada, who had stopped panicking, now sitting on the bed.

"Don't you remember what happened? It was in the alley and at the hospital." Nathan asked. Amada immediately shook her head, then she looked all over her body, her clothes still intact became more comfortable. The man in front of her was really nice.

However, shortly after, when Nathan got closer to Amada, the contact when Amada's hand touched Nathan's hand, not to mention his bare skin met Amada's eyes, causing a sudden flare of sexual poison. Amada's body fell into an unstable state again.

"Can I borrow the bathroom?" Amada has difficulty begging.

"Of course. It's over there." Nathan pointed to the living room and Amada immediately jumped out of bed and rushed there. Seeing Amada's expression, Nathan learned that the drug was once again disturbing Amada's body.

And he wasn't surprised when Amada was once again battling the adversity she was facing.

Amada's breathing started to quicken, her body was hot. And the strangest thing, cold sweat started running out from every pore of his body.

"Ah..."

Nathan jumped when he heard Amada's scream. He was getting dressed and left work to run in to see how Amada was.

"What happened?" Although Nathan knew the real reason why Amada became like this, he still pretended to blame Amada for feeling more panic. He saw Amada curled up with a sweaty body mixed with cold water. She might get sick if it persists.

"I don't know, I feel weird. My body itches and itches, even more, when I touch it. I tried cooling it with water, but it didn't work, it didn't work." Amada cried, inching away from Nathan. She's not sure she can control herself when dealing with Nathan.

"Hey calm down, I won't hurt you." Nathan tried to move closer, but the girl trudged further away from him.

"I know you very well, but I'm afraid I'll hurt you. Get away from me while you still can. I don't want to touch you."

Nathan frowned, once again Amada surprised him. She is fighting to stop the effects of the aphrodisiac. Amada really makes Nathan respect and appreciate. It's also strange, who cares about him like that. Amada should take care of themselves, if it was someone else they might attack Amada to satisfy their best interests. Amada felt sorry for him anyway, which was really strange for Nathan.

"Listen, it'll be fine, I'll help you." Nathan softly persuaded.

Amada shook her head, tears falling more: "I'm not sure, go out and lock the door. I really can't help myself. Leave me alone." Amada begged. She clasped her hands together like she was sacrificing her life to keep her mind clear.

"Damned!" Nathan cursed, he couldn't stand to watch Amada suffer anymore. Nathan acted decisively, he stepped forward to cup Amada's face and place a soft kiss on her lips. But it immediately turned rough and hot when Amada returned the kiss in a natural response.

Nathan slowly removed his wet shirt and all of Amada's clothes before carrying her onto the warm bed.

Nathan froze, he had never seen anything as beautiful as Amada's body. And he couldn't help but adore every inch of Amada's ideal body.

"I, please..." Amada said with tears in her eyes, she didn't want to be defeated so easily: "I can't, let me die, please."

"Sorry, but I can't let you die." Nathan wiped Adama's tears and tried not to rush Adama.

"But I no..."

Nathan stopped Amada's weak, desperate voice with a kiss.

"I promise to be gentle, I promise to take responsibility for you." Nathan made a vow: "I can't just watch you die. Allow me to help you."

Tears welled up in her eyes, Amada hummed a whisper-like agreement. With Amada's permission, Nathan slowly did what he knew he needed to do to save Amada.

"I am a virgin?" Nathan looked at the girl below him incredulously. A weak nod from Amada made Nathan's heart race wildly. As it turns out, Amada is a girl with the highest dignity that Nathan has ever met, she chooses death to keep her virginity. He promised that he would take responsibility for Amada. Nathan said he would definitely keep his word.

"I promise..." Nathan whispered in Amada's ear.

"Doctor." The nurse rushed in to inform the man who had failed to save Amada.

"What's up?" He patted his temple and asked his nurse.

"I know why the serum didn't work on that girl."

"What? How is it? Why?" The doctor was stunned, showing his concern.

"This." The nurse held up a vial of the solution.

"What is that?" The doctor asked for an explanation.

"What you injected the girl with wasn't serum. It's antipyretic. This is the serum vial. There was a mistake, doctor."

Oh my god, really, how could this rare thing happen? The doctor sighed helplessly, hoping everything would be fine.

Who knows how life will turn for two fates to meet by chance, in a tragic situation like tonight?
