Chapter 116 Coming Home

Third Person's POV

Jacob kept waiting for a chance to see Ethan, but for three days, his mates kept Ethan locked in his bedroom with them. Periodically one of them would leave the room to get something to eat. But they never allowed Jacob back in the room while Ethan was in heat.

Jacob kept waiting to hear Ethan crying out in pain, but instead he heard him crying out in pleasure. Several times Ethan was so loud, Jacob had to leave the house.

Jacob was thrilled when finally after 3 days, Claudius came out and told him to get ready to leave, that they were heading back.

Jacob was excited when the door opened and both Claudius and the Alpha walked out. He was confused when he saw the Alpha was carrying Ethan, and he was sleeping.

"Is he okay?" Jacob asked as he quickly approached, coming up onto his toes to peek at Ethan's face.

"Yes, he's just tired and exhausted. Usually he would sleep all day today to recover from his heat, but I want to get him home where he belongs." The Alpha said,

It’s always hard to realize the person or people who are supposed to have your back don’t. Jeremy’s also probably assuming Jacob will leave eventually as he thinks Jacob won’t want to be turned and live longer with Jeremy

Again I completely understand Jeremy another mate hurt him this is just too and I'm hoping this time Ethan let them deal with this by themselves, hope he had learned his lesson., Jacob made a big mistake even if it was to protect Ethan that's understandable but it doesn't make it right (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)
