Chapter 42 – The news

She answered the call and placed it on her ear, “Hello, Mrs. Wright, I came to your company but I haven’t found you so I left your lunch to your secretary,” he informed her.

“Lunch?” she asked him back, “yes ma’am. Mr. Wright ordered me to deliver it to you,” she heard him say.

“But where is,” she wanted to ask him where he went, but she's hesitant since he could believe she's truly fallen for him.

“What is it once again, ma'am? I didn't catch it,” he asks, pausing and speaking to him, "none, I should leave," she ends the conversation and returns to the firm.

The whole La Bella employees were shocked to find their President cheerfully eating her lunch in her office; it was the second time she ate her meal indoors. They are all aware that she disliked eating at the workplace, but she is doing it this time.
