She was woken before dawn by Leo, but she wasn’t ready to wake up, she was still exhausted. She groaned in protest when he started poking her cheek and swatted his hand away.
“Pssst!! Wake up, Cookie; we’re going to training.”
“Go away; Alpha said my training starts tomorrow.”
“Come on, Cookie; this will wake you up so well for our brunch.”
“Too early for brunch.” She groaned.
Suddenly the duvet was snatched from her and she growled in annoyance. “Up, up, Cookie. I want my little sis to train with me.” Leo chirped in a cheery voice.
