~BELLA

"I can hold up till we get to the hospital at least." She replied to him, and he nodded.

"I would love to drive you all to the hospital if given the chance to. Do you mind?" He asked and I smiled.

"You are welcome to do that. We would appreciate it for real." Storm replied and together, we set out to get to the hospital. "I'm happy Cass is the one driving. I could never keep up with such speed if it was me on that seat." She said to me as we sat together with Gee Gee at the back seat and I couldn't help but smile.

Twenty minutes later, we got to the hospital, and with the help of my connection, we quickly got into the doctor's office for consultation.

"Call me Doctor Mark! Is there anything you would love for me to do for you guys?" He asked the moment we all sat down. I brought out the handkerchief and placed it on his table. "What's that?" He asked.

"That's blood! My grandma coughs out blood every single day and his one is from today. This morning to be precise." I told

~BELLA"My whole world is falling apart Storm. She's my only family on earth." I told her and her eyes became misty. "This isn't my first time having to watch my loved ones go through pain. I wish I was the one going through that instead of her. This is so disappointing. I love my family so much. I don't have to lose them all." I almost screamed and Storm tried calming me down. "You have got to relax. I need you right now just as much as you need me. If something happens to you, I won't be able to recover from it." She told me and I tried my best to stay calm even though it was hard to. I left her in the room at some point and got into the bathroom. I took out my dress and laid inside a bathtub and had my eyes closed as tears dropped out of it. "Mom, are you lonely over there? Instead of taking Grandma with you, please take me. My whole world is falling apart over and over again." I whispered and stayed in there till there were no more tears left to cry. I got out of the bathroom a

Only Cass stood strong as he tried to get us to get a grip on our emotions. Storm got out of her tears sooner and joined him to console me. "I'm sorry this is happening but we need to pray for her." She said, joined her hands together, and started praying in silence.I thought she was making a lot of sense so I decided to do a she said and started praying too. "I'm sorry Gee Gee! You have always believed in God. I know he can see you and everything you are going through. Trust me in healing you, please, Gee Gee. You are not going to leave me like this. I need you. Haven't you always wanted to see me get married and have grandkids? I promise I'm ready now. Please survive this I beg of you." ~BELLAAn hour later, Cass walked in again. "Bella, the doctor needs to see you." He said to me and I agreed and followed him into the doctor's office. "Hi, Bella, right?" He said and I nodded with a simple smile. "We have conducted the test and the results are out. Unfortunately, you are not a match," he revealed to me, and I froze in shock. "Excuse me? She's my grandma. I'm supposed to be one." I said to him, and he nodded, trying to calm me down. "It's very possible, but in most cases, these results turn out to be negative." He said to me and my heart broke. "What are we gonna do now?" I asked, sobbing. "This isn't a time to be emotional. It's a time to be strong and active. We will have to conduct a search in the city. Somehow we should be able to find it as soon as possible. That aside, I will do everything to make sure she still breathes. So you have got nothing to worry about." He said to me and I nodded my head with hopes. "Thanks a lot, Doctor. I really appreciate this

~STORMEven though I never expected that question, I was still asleep, calm as I was, because, to me, it wasn't a big deal. I was silent for a minute and after that, I took a deep breath. "Yes!" I told her and watched how she laughed and cried at the same time. "Thank you, Storm! I will never forget this." She said to me and I smiled. "It's alright. You know I would do anything for you. I want you happy Bella. We have been through so much together." I said to her and she started crying. After a while, we walked into the doctor's office with Cass who had just returned and had no idea what was happening. "I'm willing to be a donor. I would like to get tested to see if I'm a match!" I said to Doctor Mark who then gave a warm smile. "That's very brave of you miss." He said and quickly called a nurse in to come check me out and take some things from me. "She's done. ~STORMI had no idea how long Kieran made me sit inside that room, but after what seemed like forever, I watched him open the door. "Get out!" He ordered me, and I got up and walked up to him, staring directly at his face. "Hope and pray nothing happens to Gee Gee. I will make you pay." I spat and walked out of the room. "You can't donate. You are not a match." He chuckled and walked past me. I was shocked but had to hurry up to meet up with his steps so as not to be left behind in the basement. I got out of the basement minutes later with tears in my eyes; my whole heart was bleeding, and I had to sit on the floor in the sitting room feeling nothing at all. I had thought I could help. Turned out I couldn't do shit to save her life in any way. What was Bella thinking? I thought and quickly ran to shower and get dressed up. I wasn't in the mood to eat a thing even though I had looked at the calendar and seen that Kieran had me locked up in the basement for 24 hours. I rushed to the

~BELLA"I bet she needs us by her side," Storm replied and we walked into the ward to see Gee Gee. Gee Gee was already fast asleep and even had no idea that we were around her. We said nothing and had to watch her sleep till we got tired and decided to relax on the bed very close to hers since no one was there. I wasn't surprised, though; I had ensured no one was there to ensure my grandma's safety. After some hours, I got up and went to kiss Gee Gee on her forehead. "I love you!" I muttered and was about to leave when she grabbed my hand. "I love you too." She muttered and I smiled and cried at the same time. "Where is Storm?" She asked, and I turned and saw Storm still sleeping on the same bed I had just out of. She must be so tired. I thought "She's over there, sleeping," I told my grandma, pointing towards the direction so she could see her. "Poor child. She is such a good friend. I told her and she smiled. "I'm not complaining, Bella, but it's alright. You know I will always listen to you. Since everything is better at the moment, I also think I should go check out some things in my life. Make sure to call me if you need me, and yes, in five days, all of this will be over, okay?" She assured me with a smile. Storm soon left my house for hers, and for the first time since all this started, I felt alone and bored. ~KIERANAs I stood in the grand hall of our palace, I couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Today was a special day, a celebration for my twins, Kingdom and Selene. They had grown into such intelligent and united young adults, and as their father, I felt incredibly blessed. It was moments like these that reminded me of how lucky I was to be their alpha. The hall was beautifully decorated, filled with colorful banners and twinkling lights. The aroma of delicious food wafted through the air, making my stomach rumble in anticipation. I had planned this party to honor my children, to show them how proud I was of everything they had accomplished. They had worked so hard, and I wanted them to know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. As I looked around, I saw familiar faces of our pack members, all gathered to celebrate with us. Laughter and chatter filled the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I spotted my mate, Luna Storm, across the hall. Her smile li

~SELENEThe next day started like any other, but everything changed when some message arrived. It was a strange piece of parchment, old and worn, with words that seemed to shimmer in the light. Kingdom and I stared at it, our hearts racing. The prophecy spoke of a journey, a call to explore the supernatural world. I could feel the excitement bubbling inside me, but also a hint of fear. What awaited us out there?I was scared a hell when I heard that. Like why was it compulsory that I and Kingdom had to handle it? What happened to the warriors and the chiefs should I even start making mention of the Deltas and Betas?I felt like I had my twin were just being tested and to be very honest, I didn't like it one bit. "You know this is for our own good. We need to do this." Kingdom tried to persuade me, and after some time, I guess I just had to accept it.“Are you ready for this, Selene?” Kingdom asked, his voice steady but his eyes betraying a flicker of uncertainty. I nodded, trying to m

  • Claiming the Moon   Chapter 238: YES I AM!

~SELENEAs I sit here, watching the sun dip below the trees, I can’t help but think about how much has changed in our pack lately. The air is filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter, but beneath that, there’s a current of tension that’s hard to ignore. My twin brother, Kingdom, and I have been trying to find our place in this ever-shifting world of pack dynamics. When we first started walking around the pack, everything felt overwhelming. There were so many new faces, each with their own stories and histories. At first, I felt like a small fish in a big pond, unsure of where I fit in. But Kingdom and I have always had each other’s backs. We’ve walked through the ups and downs together, and that bond has helped us build our own blood within the pack. One of the first friends we made was Mia. She’s a bright spark, always ready with a smile and a joke. Mia has a way of making everyone feel included, and she quickly became our go-to person when we needed advice or just someone to

~NATEIn the heart of our kingdom, the sun rose brightly over the training grounds, casting a warm glow on the eager faces of the twins, Kingdom and Selene. Today marked the beginning of their journey into the world of combat, magic, and leadership. As their mentor, I felt a mix of excitement and responsibility. These two had so much potential, and it was our job to help them unlock it. Kingdom was a natural when it came to physical training. He had a strong build and a fierce determination that made him excel in every exercise we put before him. Whether it was sword fighting, archery, or hand-to-hand combat, he tackled each challenge with a fiery spirit. I could see the way his confidence grew with each passing day. He was not just training his body; he was also learning the importance of discipline and teamwork.Selene, on the other hand, was a different story. While Kingdom thrived in physical challenges, Selene had a special gift for magic. From the very first lesson, it was clea

~SELENE"Swimming. I'm thinking of using the blue pool. What about you?" Chloe said to me and I couldn't help but smile."I'm thinking of doing the same, but it's a different pool," I told her. "I can just use the one you want," she said to me, and then together we headed for the red pool. The moment we got there, she removed the full clothing she had on, revealing her swimsuit, which she had on beneath her dress, and then jumped into the water."Wow!" I was too excited, and then showed my own swimsuit and jumped into the water too. We had a great time in the pool, and when we were exhausted, we made our way in.My life was just about swimming though. There were other things involved and though I am very playful. I have got a great sense of responsibility in my life.Every day, I wake up to the sound of howling in the distance. It’s a reminder of who I am and who I’m expected to be. But I’m just Selene and Kingdom is the confident one. He’s always been the one to step forward, while

  • Claiming the Moon   Chapter 235: WE COULD BE IN THE BATTLEFIELD

~SELENEI am Selene, and I’m one half of a pair of twins. My brother, Kingdom, and I are sixteen years old, and we’re the children of Alpha Kieran and Luna Storm. Growing up in our pack has been an adventure, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Kingdom and I are different in many ways, but our bond is unbreakable.Kingdom is the more serious one of us. He has this strong sense of responsibility that sometimes feels like a heavy weight on his shoulders. He’s always thinking about how to protect our pack and make our dad proud. I admire that about him, but it can also be a bit much. He tends to overthink things, especially when it comes to decisions. Sometimes, I wish he would just relax and enjoy life a little more. His strength lies in his leadership skills; he has a way of bringing people together and making them feel safe. But his biggest weakness is that he can be too hard on himself. He thinks he has to be perfect, and that can lead to him feeling overwhelmed. On the other hand,

~STORMWhen she returned I was already close to my babies, touching their skin with a wild smile on my face. "I'm a mother. I can't believe this." I muttered. "Well, you have to," Avira said to me and my smile widened. I guessed so. I lifted them one after the other, giving them kisses on their cheeks and making sure they were both the same. I had pushed out twins. Avira was so invested in paying attention to them, so I focused on Desire, who had brought some soup for me. After some more minutes of being together, I heard the palace bell ring. "Who could be looking for us now," I say, and Avira chuckled. "I guess there is a visit." She said "In that case, you should go. I will be here." I told her and then paid attention to my own babies by myself only for Kieran to walk in with a smile on his face. "Your father is here to see you and the kids." He said to me, I didn't think I wanted to talk to him. "I get it but just come see him." He told me and I got up and followed him.

~STORMKieran came into the room minutes after I got in. "He left already. Honey don't be sad. You know I'm here for you." He said to me and I couldn't help but cry more "I hate myself a lot. I hate my entire life. What do I do to get out of this? Everyone who should love me keeps hurting me. All I hate is myself and you and what if you stop loving me someday." I said to him and he froze. "Honey that will never be possible. Even in my grave I will always adore you and love you. I love you more than you can ever imagine. You are not just my fated mate. You are my soul mate and I'm not trading this love for anything in this world. That's what I need you to know." He said to me and didn't stop assuring me until I stopped crying. I hugged him on the bed and fell asleep. I didn't think I wanted to have any conversation with my father anymore and thought that going from one witch to another could help me or maybe I could visit the library the next day to see if I could find every other
