Alexander couldn’t let Seraphina’s birthday pass without a little celebration. “I couldn’t let your birthday pass without a little celebration. Happy birthday, Seraphina!” he said, handing her a bouquet and a gift box. Seraphina was touched and teary-eyed.

After blowing out the candle on the cupcake he offered, she opened the gift box to find a beautiful necklace with a small heart-shaped pendant.

“Alex, it’s beautiful! I love it!” she exclaimed.

“I’m glad you like it. I wanted to remind you how much you mean to me, especially on your special day,” he said, blushing.

“You’re the best, Alex!” she whispered.

“Anything for you, Seraphina! Happy birthday again,” he whispered back.

She hugged him tightly as other students watched, smiling at the scene.

More people arrived with gifts, standing behind Alex. “More gifts for you, my darling,” he said, smiling as he directed those who brought the gifts to put them inside her car.
