Two weeks had passed, and Stella remained in the same glum state she was, the glint of happiness in her eyes was gone. All that remained were the dull, dead, emotionless shadows in her eyes, I could not bear it anymore.

A knock was placed carefully on the door, but I got no response, slowly I pushed it open and saw her laid on the bed which became her favourite spot suddenly, she looked so dull and drained of energy, I hated seeing her in such way, I missed the times when she had fun and made life full of hope.
