DOMINIK's POV
After much preparation, Luis and I set out, to find this mythical creature Ube had told us about. I took my time doing some research about the Griffith, and I asked around, for anyone who might have seen this creature.
But just as Luis has said, no one had seen this creature, but it's name was well known. There was nothing else to do, so I set out on a journey with my beta, determined to find this beast.
The road we followed was
DOMINIK's POVI stood at the top of the mountain, my senses sharpened and my heart racing as I gazed at the silhouette within the thick fog. Luis, who was standing beside me, was breathing shallowly, and I could hear his heart race with anticipation. As the fog cleared, we saw the creature in all its terrifying glory. It was a massive beast, at least twice the size of a fully grown wolf, with sharp, gleaming scales covering its body. Its long, serpentine tail whipped back and forth behind it while its wings, which spanned wider than the length of our bodies, flapped restlessly in the air. The Gri
CLAIRE's POVI sat in the arena, feeling uncomfortable among the members of the cytokinetics division. Even though Livia has told me to make myself feel at home with them, I still felt like an outsider. The difference in our telekinetic abilities made me feel inferior, and the fact that Marcus still wouldn't accept me didn't help.I sighed and looked down at my lap, feeling a bit sad. Suddenly, I felt a presence next to me, and I looked up to see Kira approaching me. "Hey, Claire," she said with a warm smile. "I noticed you were looking a bit down. Is everything okay?"
CLAIRE's POVAs we walked towards the arena that we would fight in, I couldn't help but feel intimidated by the size and technological advancement of the area. It was unlike anything I had ever seen before. The walls were made of a strange metallic material, and there were bright lights everywhere. The ground beneath our feet was smooth, almost like it was made of glass. As we approached the centre of the arena, I noticed a group of people walking towards us. From the fiery emblem attached to each of their body suits, I was positive that they were the pyrokinetic team, and they looked intimidating. Their body suit was covered in soot and ash, and their ha
CLAIRE's POVI was left in awe at the stunt I had just pulled. I looked at the boy lying on the floor, still in disbelief that I had used my powers with ease. I let out a chuckled and clenched my fists. I was finally feeling motivated, and I felt like I could fight now."Claire, good job!" Livia yelled at me.I looked towards her direction and saw that she was giving me a thumbs-up. I grinned and smiled at her. My eyes quickly switched back to the battlefield, and I saw that things were not looking good.
CLAIRE's POVI kept my eyes locked on the clocked man. An ominous feeling filled the air, causing my body to tremble. I knew that this mysterious figure was from the dark forces. There was no doubt about that since I could recognise this aura from anywhere.I looked around, hoping someone else night notice the shift in the air, but no one did. The crowd kept cheering and chattering away like the cloaked man was not even here. Why was he here? Was Cora still after me? That was a plausible idea. Just because I escaped to another realm, does not man s
DOMINIK's POV"This is quite astonishing. Frankly, I never expected you both to actually defeat the Griffith and bring back its core, this is marvellous," Ube grinned as he examined the core I had handed to him.Luis and I were still tired from the battle with the Griffith that took place three days ago, but I was feeling too restless to stay in the pack house, recuperating. Every single second I spent without Claire felt like absolute torture. We can come back to Ube's cave again, but this time, with six more of my men. We were fully clothed in th
DOMINIK's POVI was dumbstruck as I looked all around me. There was not a single thing on me, except my clothing and that left me in awe. Where had it all gone? And why had the portal separated us the moment we gone in? Had Ube failed to mix the potion well?My mind was racing with thoughts. What had happened to my other men, and more importantly, what had happened to Luis?"He looks like he's not a friend around here," one man spoke up.
CLAIRE's POVContrary to what Kira and the rest had told me, the electromancers division were not that much of a tough opponent to deal with. We had fought against them, and at the end of the fight, we emerged victorious.Livia had been elated and so did the rest of the team. I could not understand why they were so happy, but Kira explained it to me. She had told me that their division had never made it to the final round, and the fact that they did was truly a miracle.Livia has said that I was the cause for their victory. Everyone else agreed, ev
