DOMINIK's POV

"Load the carriages!" I yelled at by men as I stood outside the pack house.

I had made up my mind to confront my first enemy, Carlo, once and for all. It was a long time coming and I felt like it needed to happen. Another reason was because of his so called daughter Cora.

Once I found out the truth about her, and how she tried to take Claire away, I immediately knew that she would cause more trouble in the future and that involved trying to take Claire again.

I understood that Claire was a special entity, but I had not fully understand how special she was. People were going to be after her because of that and it was up to me to prevent that from happening.
