Chapter 6: Signing off from being a womanizer

Margarette's POV

I am still looked too shocked seeing how this flirt kissing Alpha Kayden. Of all places, but why in my presence?

“Hey babe, aren't you miss me?” She asked and was about to kiss him again, but Kayden pushed her away that made her to be shocked. 

“You just made a mistake, lady. You shouldn't kiss me in front of my mate!” He exclaimed angrily that made me to opened wide my mouth in shocked. I didn't expect him to scream the girl who kissed him. 

All I thought is that, he likes what the woman did towards him. I thought, he will break what he promised me last day. 

“Why? I thought you wanted me!” The girl exclaimed towards him, but Kayden just pushed her away, that made the crowd to gasp. 

“I don't need to explain towards you. You're just wasting our time. My mate and I needed to go to our room.” He said, and then began to pull my hand out of the woman's direction. I just heaved out a deep breath to what Kayden did. 

I wanted to scold him for letting the woman kiss him, but I realize that I do not have the full rights to scold him. He was the Alpha and I should be aware of what's my role in his life. 

“Margarette,” I suddenly stopped from walking when he stopped and turn around me. “I'm sorry for what happened from earlier, but believe me, I tried to avoid them.” He said that made me to bite the lower part of my lips. I couldn't believe in what he said. There's no need for him to apologize, but still, he did and which made my heart filled with joy. 

“It's okay, I know that it is not that easy, but I believe that you can do it in the end.” I uttered that made him to smirk. I suddenly swallowed my saliva upon seeing his silly smirk that made my heart nervous. 

His smirk seems to have a meaning and I couldn't avoid myself to be nervous, specially when he started to walk nears me. I tried my best as well to walk backwards until my back hit the cold wall of the classroom. 

He successfully cornered me again on his two strong arms. He pinned me on the wall while his face is one inch apart from my face. 

“Can you promise me that you will be going to trust me, Margarette?” He asked and which made me to be shocked. I couldn't form my sentence well. I couldn't open mouth as I was bewildered of his good-looking face. This womanizer can perfectly catch every woman's eyes. 

“Let's go inside the room.” I pushed him away to distance myself towards him. I don't like the idea that I am so attracted to him. Likewise, I shouldn't feel this way because this man is a womanizer. Yes, he told me that I was his mate, but I just can't help but to be hesitant to him. 

“Okay.” He replied and intertwined his hand to mine. I just shake my head and let Kayden to pulled me through the way to our room. 

The moment that we stepped inside the classroom, everyone's eyes were towards us. Some look at us in amazement but the majority of them, gossips us. 

I heard everything that they uttered. My classmates didn't mention any names, but I know they are referring to me. I couldn't help but to be hurt hearing those words from them. I tried to remove Kayden's grip towards me, but he didn't let me. 

“Listen everybody, starting today, I motioned you all to stop bullying my mate. If ever that I heard one of you bullied her, all of you already know what would be the consequences. I, the Alpha of this pack and the owner of this school, reminds all of you to respect my mate. I do not want her to be hurt.” Kayden said that made everyone to be shocked, and I as well. 

I couldn't believe that he was going to utter these words. I could hear the quick beats of my heart from what he said. It seems so unbelievable that this womanizer is defending me. My heart filled with so much happiness because he was trying to fulfill what he promised me. 

“So, she was the reason you keep declining my invitation.” And then a female voice speak up behind us that made me and Kayden to turn around. And there, I saw a stunning woman who dress up too showy clothes. She's beautiful and no doubt that, but, she glared at me like she wanted to kill me. 

“Cassandra you here.” Kayden said, and I couldn't help but to be annoyed from how this womanizer sounds towards this girl she called, Cassandra. 

“Yes, and I've been trying to locate your whereabouts. You didn't call me, neither visit me to my dorm.” The girl said, and I just listen to their conversation. 

“Oh, scrap that! I just wanted to inform you that I am now signing off to be a womanizer.” I lift my head as I was shocked from what Kayden uttered. 

Signing off as womanizer? 

Damn, it feels so good to hear from him and my heart reacted to those words that he murmur. 

“You've got to be kidding me, Kayden!” She unbelievably said and then suddenly, Alpha Kayden pulled me over to him, holding my waist tightly. 

“You hear me, Cassandra. I am signing off from being a womanizer because I found a mate already. So, distance yourself now and don't ever flirt me anymore. I'm loyal to my mate.” He continued that made me to bite my lower lip.

I couldn't believe this. Kayden is making my heart filled with so much happiness. 

"You can't do that to me, Kayden. You can do that to us. I won't agree with this because I know that this girl were just trying to flirt you!” She exclaimed angrily and was about to pull my hand away from Kayden when something happened which creates a gasp from the crowd.
