CHAPTER 8

Marcellus heart was pounding in his chest as he lay on the bed, bound and helpless. He had been taken from his home in the day light time, by a group of strange people, and he had no idea why.

As he lay there, struggling against the ropes that bound him, Marcellus suddenly remembered something he had always had. He could make his claws grow longer and stronger than as he is a werewolf and when his freed his hand he can remove his necklace and find a way out. He knew he wasn't supposed to always show it but at this time, it was needed. He focused his thoughts on his claws, willing them to extend and slice through the ropes.

At first, nothing happened. But then, with a surge of adrenaline, Marcellus felt his claws start to grow. They lengthened and sharpened, cutting through the ropes with ease. He quickly tore the tape from his mouth and freed himself from the bed.
